Sounds fun! I love the idea, that book has helped me so much I'd be up for anything that goes along side of it.. anything! I am not reading A New Earth, could be our next one.. its awesome too!

I got A New Earth as well.......did you see Oprah yesterday --the whole show was dedicated to it ......i bought it for my mom but she already had it....didnt know what it was about until yesterday and i am really excited to read it!

Molly, just looked online and the have a book and a workbook. Which one should I get?

You really only need the book and a stack of recipe cards, sticky notes and a regular notebook. But the workbook is good if you want to keep these thoughts and progress long-term. I don't have that much time in my life for extensive journalling so I opted not to get it.

Love the idea! I ordered the book from B&N couple of days ago and it should be arriving shortly. I will be on vacation from april 17 - 26 so I will be out of pocket-- but i am definately interested in this !!!!! I noticed that Meiissa is reading the New Earth book- I got that one a couple of weeks ago as well and it was on Oprah yesterday ---sounds phenomenal!
