Well here I am again ladies hoping you will take me back LOL?!!! I am so sorry I have not been posting I have come from time to time to read your posts. I have been having back issues. Have the start of curved spine nothing serious as of yet but something I want to try to fix if I can. Also I have not post weight in a while because Iseem to be stuck. Always stuck. My body will just not let go. I am up 1 down 2 it is a horrible pattern. I am 10 pounds away from losing 100. Yes I am a very slow loser. iI know most of you are already at your goal weight or close to it. Seems I am the lager. I am so very frustrated with this and myself. I go to the gym 4 days a week. I am very active. I know I am at fault because i do not make good food chioces so it is my fault. Everytime I say I will do better something goes wrong. I need to really get serious .Anyway enough whining I am sorry!!! Just wanted you all to know I DO love being a dec 06 baby but need to catch up with you all so embarrassment kept me from posting to you. I am back will try my best to reach my goal. Ouch, sorry to hear your back has been troubling you. Don't give up on us, we don't give up on anybody here. Why don't you start posting your daily food intake here with us so you'll feel accountable. If you get in the habit of it, you'll think twice before adding something into your food plan that you aren't going to be proud of posting about. (at least that's the theory...) Don't make this an all-or-nothing struggle for yourself. You aren't a failure just because you've been off track. You're simply off track that's all. That's why you had surgery, presumably...it is too easy to get discouraged and quit diets but this can't be quit. It just waits for us to be ready to use the tool again and it will work for us. The going may be slower for you than others but you can do it! Are you using an online food journal? If you haven't, start! If you gave up on it, get back to it. And what kinds of exercise are good for your back? Your doctor or physical therapist must have some kind of program they want you to follow, right? Let that be a gateway into exercise for you. Keep hanging out here with us and we'll all do better! Hugs! Molly

Welcome back....we are a very nice group of people who have one goal in common and that is to help each other fight the food demons. I would encourage you to back to basic with your eatings. Drink plenty of water, eat protein first and stay away from complex carbs...remember the begining of this journey and how good it felt to see the pounds melt away. You might also want to keep an online journal of what and how much you eat and then post it at least 3 times a week here. Accountability is a great first step....and remember that we are here to help and encourage your along this journey. Beatriz
