What did ya eat and how did ya move today? (Wednesday!)
Happy Hump Day! It's late but at least I am posting.. need to be accountable, everyone join in! No hand slapping promise.. really.. I would call the kettle black if I did after my escapade a couple months ago.
For movement.. argh, I didn't I worked at the floral shop today, not much movement there and then came home and moved some furniture around as my ceilings are getting done. Was gonna run outside but I was chilled to the bone today (still am, am everyday.. who am I kidding?) Also my treadmill was surrounded by furniture.. am I making good excuses? argh.. lol
B: Protein shake with vanilla protein powder, 1 cup countdown white milk and SF chai syrup, topped with FF whip.
S: Medium SF Caramel Latte, decaf and iced. Atkins Double Chocolate Caramel Crunch Bar.
L: 3 oz of lemon pepper talapia and side salad of romaine, onion, cauliflower and FF honey digon.
S: GNU bar
D: 4.5 oz of pork loin with cucumber salad (wilted) - light sour cream, vinegar and splenda over top cucumber and red onion, I also added some gr pepper for interest.
S: EAS Shake.
Cals: 1162, Fat 37, Carbs 99, fiber 26, Protein 122 - right where I want it

l-beef stew with sf caramel jello
s-atkins bar and small bag of cookies

s-2 glasses of wine as I file my 2007 income tax return
I finally exercised today....walked 30 minutes...did not want to pu**** since I had surgery over a month ago and today was the first time in almost two months.
Hi! Wednesday is gone...boohoo. For some reason I was really hungry most of the day and tried to keep my proteins going but by dinnertime all I wanted was some straight carbs. So i kept the carbs healthy and ate till I was comfortable and figured that it was going to blow the day's totals but it didn't! No moves for me either today...I don't suppose shopping counts??? LOL
nf, sf soy latte
1) 1 serv. egg beaters, 2 turkey sausage links, 1 bran muffin, 1 cup coffee
2) 1 homemade tvp protein bar
3) 1 serving turkey meatballs, 1 serving caulitators
4) 1 serving protein fudge
5) 2 servings 7-grain hot cereal, 2 T sf jam
6) 1 bran muffin, 2 T 'whip' frosting

fiber: 35 (food and supps.)
I should get the protein up but am really not hungry...the muffin was so satisfying.
