This post has made so much sense...really focuses on what you and WE continue to deal with daily... Could I ask you to rank the items for importance to you or did it change over time with life's challenges?
1) Get real; not "perfect
2) Food Journalling
3) Destress / Mediation / Faith
4) Continued Post-WLS education / info
5) Enlist a "Diet Coach's" help
6) Exercise
7) Hobbies / Creative Outlets
8) Food Awareness / Good Nutrition
9) Therapy / Redirecting Thoughts / Focus on accomplishments
10) Medication
11) Address stress when it occurs
12) Eliminate Negative People
13) Attend Support Group

for me I guess it would be:

9) Exercise (should be higher just isn't right now )

12) stress outlets (need to make this higher)

I hadn't thought about a lot of the different areas; now I want to be sure to add them into my life. This is such a good post. Rounding out my life with the above goals will really help me. I have a lot of trouble setting goals. So Thanx XOXOXO Ro
