I never thought I could post my weight either and when I did I felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders..I carried it privatly for so long it was nice to just say I weighed THIS and now I am THIS!!! Congratulations... I still have a way to go also and we can do this!! Diana

Could I ask you to rank the items for importance to you or did it change over time with life's challenges? 1) Get real; not "perfect 2) Food Journalling 3) Destress / Mediation / Faith 4) Continued Post-WLS education / info 5) Enlist a "Diet Coach's" help 6) Exercise 7) Hobbies / Creative Outlets 8) Food Awareness / Good Nutrition 9) Therapy / Redirecting Thoughts / Focus on accomplishments 10) Medication 11) Address stress when it occurs 12) Eliminate Negative People 13) Attend Support Group XOXOXO Ro

Hmmmmm I haven't even thought about ranking them!!! for me I guess it would be: 1) get real, not perfect (I agree with u there!) 2) Journaling 3) Faith 4) Diet Coach/support groups 5) Education/research 6) Exercise/meditation 7) Therapy 8) Medication 9) Exercise (should be higher just isn't right now ) 10) Hobbies 11) Food awareness 12) stress outlets (need to make this higher) 13 )Elimination of negative people Good way to get me thinking! thanks and have a groovy weekend! Thank You, Melissa! I hadn't thought about a lot of the different areas; now I want to be sure to add them into my life. This is such a good post. Rounding out my life with the above goals will really help me. I have a lot of trouble setting goals. So Thanx XOXOXO Ro
