What did ya eat and how did ya move today? (Tuesday)

Hello, Hello... Happy Tuesday! How are you? Hope your week is panning out well and you are "in the zone" with your eats and movement. If not, what is keeping you back? Is it emotional? Again, I highly recommend the book "The Beck Diet Solution" if you have not purchased it yet, it deals with ONLY emotional eating and it really helped me see my way back to the light after getting off track there for a long time (end of dec-feb). Do you need therapy? It sure has helped me also.. I strongly suggest it if you need a person to talk to that isn't emotionally attached to you and is a 3rd person point of view.. it really helps you to see what is going on in your head and how you can reframe those untrue or negative through processes. Anyways.. for movement, I went to the gym, ran 2 miles on the treadmill at 5.7 on an incline of 2 and then 1 mile on the track followed by 1 hour of circuit training using all body systems! For eats.. B: 1 cup hood calorie count down white milk with 1 scoop of body fortress vanilla protein powder and 1.5 oz of chai tea syrup from davinci blended with ice and topped with FF rhedi whip. L: 1 small wendy's chili with extra onion and side salad with low fat ranch dressing. S: Atkins PB Granola Bar (preworkout at the gym) S: EAS Shake (post workout) S: 5 strawberries, 10 blueberries, 1/2 ounce of mixed nuts, follow by 1 cup SF jello and rhedi whip D: Salad with romaine, mixed raw veggies and FF honey dijon dressing. S: 1/2 cup of calorie count down hood chocolate milk, 1/2 cup water, cookies and cream gourmet whey protein powder with ice blended and khaluah syrup, topped with whip. Cals: 1258, fats 42, carbs 100, fiber 20, protein 121 How did you do today?

Hi Melissa! No moves for me today since I am pushing the sewing hard. That and I had to take Sam in for a long hair appt. (straightening...$$$) Eats have been very good today even taking into account some chocolate craving that I have satisfied in a healthy way. Carbs under control too...yeah me! Calories are right where I want them but if I get hungry later in the evening I may have a choc. EAS to bump up the protein. This vacation is totally surprising me. I thought I'd have a terrible time keeping my eating under control and it is just the opposite. --nf, sf soy latte 1) cottage cheese waffle w/1/4 cup sf syrup 2) 1 pumpkin/bran muffin, 1/2 piece protein fudge 3) 4 oz. lean hamburger patty and about 1/4 cup sf ketchup 4) 1 serv. tofu/choc. low-sugar cake w/1 T sf whipped cream 5) 1 serv. zuch. lasagne --nf, sf decaf soy latte, 1 piece Hershey's whole bean chocolate (good numbers on this and no maltitol!) calories: 1239 carbs: 105 fats: 53 prot.: 80 fiber: 25 (food and supplements)

Your numbers are awesome Molly! Those are my kinda numbers (asside a bit more protein, but I'm a protein ho lol) So glad you are loving vacation and doing things YOU enjoy! Good * for * you!

I have not kept track of my eats in over a week I know I need to as looking at it in black and white soo helps me and makes me REALIZE what I am doing. I am starting back tomorrow with fitday so tomorrow night I will be posting. I have not been to the gym yet this week as we have been painting and today I have CLEANED as my house as needed it! So I will be posting tomrrow night. Diana

Ok everybody today has been a crappy day nothing in particular has happened i have just felt crappy it all started with a horrible hair day trust and believe horrible it was so far past bad i was wishing it was a bad hair day and then none of my clothes felt right i just felt like a bum today not to mention the fact that i have been in bed for the past 4 hours and this is really the only reason i got up and now to I am going to get this low carb snickers like icecream bar i can't believe all of the junk i ate today I'll just say on the low end carbs are at 190 and the night is still not up for me. PMS sucks so bad you because of my weight i didnt have to deal with that whole situation and now its like a nightmare ok the list is so long on the junk that i ate i cant even remember alot of it but tomorrow has to be better far better. Now all i want to do is go back to bed

Remember girlie.. tomorrow is a new day.... Again, I highly recommend the "the Beck Diet Solution" its worth the investment of 25 bucks (somewhere around there, in hard back only I think). When I read your post, I remember where I was a few weeks ago and this book helped bring me back to reality with eating. You need to detox from those carbs, go to strictly protein and veggies, yogurt, low fat milk (for carbs) and nothing else for a week to rid the monster, its the only way I can get back on track personally. Hang in there sweetie.. the carb demon shows no mercy

Hi, "Oh Buff One" and Dec. Babes... DH & I are on the road home this week, after visiting with family and friends. My Eats (Tues) were higher than I had originally planned, ending at 1,616 calories, 192 carbs, 56 fats and 83 proteins B: 2 oz 2% cheddar, 7 pretzels L: Wendy's chili, some baked potato with butter and sour cream D: Shoney's steak (3 oz?) and a variety of food from the buffet bar S: 2 Light Babybel, 2 servings of wheat pretzels, and a small SF NF latte This morning (Wed) began much better with Special K and 2% milk.
