What did ya eat and how did ya moved today? (Monday)
Hi Gang, how are ya today? Happy Monday! Another week is upon us! How are you doing now with your food intake and exercising? Are you veering off track or staying on the path? I had some rough time a while back but I am doing much better now, back to my old disciplined self.. thank goodness I feel so much better too, the weight is dropping off again. I am soon going to be at my lowest again I feel in a week or two. That is a good thing. I have a plastic surgery consult on May 5th so very excited about that! Yes, its before kids, long story short they may pay part of it and we are still open to adoption, we want to go for the consult, submit and go from there, let it steer our path a bit.
As for movement well I just woke up as I worked last night. I am gonna try to get off my fanny and finish cleaning this house and things and may even go do some intervals on the treadmill however I only slept 3 hours today, I did push groceries around the store for an hour (got my bottled water put in the cart first - aren't I a nerd?) and then I bought some 10 lbs weights, 2 of them so those were in the cart also and a swiss ball for home with DVD, I am excited to try it out!
As for eats.. heres the damage thus far and the rest of my plans for today! Monday I like to keep it light with shakes etc..
prebreakfast: Medium Nonfat, SF Chai tea latte (while I grocery shopped), one 60 calorie hershey's dark chocolate stick.
Breakfast: 8 oz calorie count down hood milk, with Gourmet Whey choc pb protein powder (Yum, got it as a sample!) with ice blended topped with FF rhedi whip.
Lunch: 6 oz yogurt, 3 strawberries, 10 blueberries, 1/3 cup fiber one followed by 1 oz ham, 1 oz light mozz cheese.
Snack: 40 calorie SF fudgesickle.
Dinner: 8 oz calorie count down milk with arctic frap powder and rhedi whip
Snack: jello with SF whip
Late snack: another shake with 8 oz milk/powder
Cals: 1207, Fats: 33, Carbs: 98, Fiber: 13 (but adding some extra to shakes), Protein 135.
How did you do today?
Hi! Happy Monday to you too. What with all the tea and decaf I've been drinking today I have really not been hungry and yet it seems like I must have eaten a lot more than I did. So weird! My calories are coming out a bit low so far...a far cry from a normal Monday for me. Here it is:
--nf, sf soy latte
1) 1/2 cup egg beaters scrambled with 1 Morningstar breakfast patty, a few mushrooms and about a tablespoon of red onion
2) 1 piece of protein fudge and 1 big piece of turkey jerkey
3) 1 cup nf cottage cheese w/1 T sf jam mixed in
4) 1 mini Greek meatloaf
calories: 560
carbs: 30
fats: 14
protein: 78
fiber: 15 (food and supplements)
Gotta get the calories and fiber up by the end of the day. Maybe a bowl of fiber one with some Mice Milk poured over?
Moves weren't much...40 minutes on the treadmill and only a little of it was jogging. Mostly speed walking.
