Sunday- What did you eat and how did you move?
Ok, so it's a day late but at least I got the day right? LOL Hey, I'm on vacation for a week so things like calendars are just pesky nuisances. Much better day eating yesterday but not a lot of moves, only a half hour on the treadmill and just walking. Knee was sore so I didn't pu**** Looks like the snow is done and it will be warming up this week so I can work outside a little more comfortably. It IS spring, right? haha Here's the Sunday food:
--nf, sf soy latte (trying to keep to a schedule of sorts)
1) Melissa's new chocolate pancakes and 1/2 cup strawberries...wow! Also had 1/4 cup sf. syrup and a big splooge of sf whipped cream on top.
2) 8 turkey meatballs topped w/2 tab. ff ranch dressing
3) 1 bran muffin with 'whip' frosting
4) half cup marinara sauce w/meat, 1 lf mozz stick
5) half a Detour bar, 1 peeled apple
6) 1 oz. soy crisps
