Happy Weekend Everyone!!! It is so pretty here, still chilly, but pretty. Molly, bless your heart with the snow.. how do you cope? She said she got 4 inches and possible quite a few more.. fingers crossed it doesn't happen for your sake! Movement.. I will be moving at work tonight no formal exercise today or tomorrow.. Monday back to the real stuff. Eats.. B: 2 servings of egg beaters, 2 oz ham, pepper, onion, mushroom and 1 oz low fat cheese for a western omelet and 3 strawberries (wow, really full on this) L: 1 serving of quaker smart oatmeal (banana bread) and 2 tbsp PB2, 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder with 6 oz cal count down milk (hoping to keep the blood sugar balanced with added protein so I don't go hypoglycemic). S: EAS on the way to work. D#1: 4 oz tomato/basic chicken and 1.5 cups salad - romaine, onion, pepper, mushroom, cauliflower, broccoli and 2 tbsp of FF honey digjon dressing. D#2: 1 cup homeade chili. I also brought 1 cup of milk in case I want coffee through the night.. considering I do this.. these are my totals.. Cals 1208, fats 37, carbs 93, fiber 25, protein 136 (high I know). So tell me about your day!! Keep strong, stay on plan you can do it.. lets have a great weigh day Wednesday! Rats! I tried to embed a picture in this post from my hard drive and then from my profile pics and can't figure it out. You are supposed to be able to do it by just right clicking the picture, saving and then pasting. Maybe that is only on the bigger mb's with the upgraded features and not here. ?? At any rate, the pancake photo is on my profile. Maybe you can add it to your profile from there or try adding it to a post over on the recipe mb or the bypass board that way. If you want to add it to your profile from your hard drive you open up your profile, select your photos, select 'upload new', then 'browse' and select the picture and upload. Very easy that way. Too bad we can't get our mb upgraded over here. I've e-mailed OH to ask them to do it but haven't gotten a reply.

And now on to a proper reply. I wasn't very hungry Saturday but still felt really munchie. Made the decision to finish off those healthy cookies and then just push as much protein as I needed through the day to keep my blood sugars up, worked well and no gain this morning. (whew) Meant to get on the treadmill yesterday but ended up racing up and down the stairs most of the day with laundry so I managed to keep the body moving anyway. Eats were high in carbs but not bad: --nf, sf soy latte 1) cottage cheese pancakes w/1/4 cup sf syrup, 1 oz. ham, 10 almonds 2) 1 serving turkey meatballs (8) w/ 2 T sf ketchup 3) 4 cranberry almond oatmeal pumpkin cookies 4) 1/2 Detour prot. bar (thank you!) 5) 1/4 block extra firm tofu pan fried 6) 3 more of the cookies Lots and lots of tea and a bunch of coffee too (for shame, I know) calories: 1233 carbs: 149 fats: 43 prot: 72 fiber: 32 (food plus supplements) While the cookies were very healthy and low cal they were not low carb and were just too available to me during a time of stress. They served a munching purpose but I just can't keep things like that in the house! Am eating MUCH BETTER today and my body is so happy for it. Ordered my first batch of 8th Sin coffee today for a reward (the blueberry cobbler and the Mudslam) both in decaf. Can't wait to be in coffee heaven by next weekend hopefully!

Hi Molly! So how do we get this pic embedded.. argh, I have always had problems doing this in posts. I heard we have to do it in photobucket first.. I will work on that. Did you like the detour bar? Walmart is clearancing them out for 4.50 a box so I bought a couple.. they are ones I tend to not keep around the house b/c I like them too much. They also had dark chocolate sticks for 60 calories in portion controlled amounts, 9 sticks for a buck, I bought several boxes.. hoping I can keep it to a "snack" for once in a while. I am excited for you ordering your first batch of sin.. mmmmm mudslam.. sounds good what is it exactly? The blueberry is incredible, I know it sounds weird but its terrrrrrific! Hugs, Melissa

I am going to put mine in the bottom of the freezer (Detour bars) to keep me from casually snacking on them. They are sooooo sweet and perfect for a really bad, bad craving time I think. This morning I made a batch of your fudge in order to try to use up my soynut butter. Now that I have the PB2 and the sunflowernut butter I just don't care for the taste anymore. Also put a smidge of the sf mocha syrup in it for fun but since I only have alittle in a paper cup don't want to waste it. When I finally get my bottles of it I'll prob. go mad playing with it. LOL I did make my soy latte with it this morning and yup, W O W ! I don't think you have to use photobucket to imbed a photo in posts, I've done it over on the rny board just using the copy and paste method but can't do it here. We have plain-jane text only here I think. However, I'd love to see if anybody else who actually knows something about technology can figure it out. (I'm just about totally CI) The Mudslam sounds so yummy...chocolate and kahlua. I tried to order coffee that isn't available in some similar form here but really I can duplicate a lot of those flavours with my coffee syrups. Even the kahlua, but there are times when you want a plain cup of coffee and creamer without a lot of extra 'stuff' like the syrup. Does that make any sense? Since they come in kind of big bags I will prolli order a few every month. Which one was it you said was so-so? I have to write that down so I don't forget. Okey dokey...time for my treadmill! molly

I do know what you mean, I like the flavors infused with the coffee sometimes and no added fluff except for splenda (I have to have that). The cookie doodle and tiramasu are "ok", Amy said the sinbad (i think that is what i was called, had "sin" in the name is very good!) Hope this helps! Yum!
