What did ya eat and how did ya move today? (Friday) Yeah.. its late.. im trying :)

Here are my damages.. B: cookies and cream matrix protein shake with 1/2 cup of chocolate hood milk and 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp of PB2 and ice mixed together and topped with FF rhedi whip. L: 2 protein pumpkin pies with frosting and whip S: 1 cup SF jello D: smoked salmon salad.. 2 oz smoked salmon on plain romaine with just a smidge of hard shredded parmesean (tablespoon?) and 3-4 tablespoons of light italian dressing and a bite of husband's brisket. S: Venti SF decaff Mocha Hazelnut Skinny Latte S: 1/2 large apple and 1 tbsp of PB2 cals: 1231, fats 43, carbs 106, fiber 17 (plus 4 grams in supplements) and protein 119. Ran two miles outside today.. How did you do today?

Friday...ugh! Usually I log my food when I get home from work and then the day unfolds from there, but shortly after I got home and got the stress-spike all I did was eat. For moves, it was five hours at work and on the go a lot. That much was great! So from what I remember in the morning: --nf, sf soy latte 1) 1/2 cup egg beaters scrambled 2) 1 homemade bran muffin 3) 1 homemade prot. bar Then the pig-out: several (maybe 10 or 15?) homemade 'healthy' oatmeal/pumpkin/craisin cookies, 1 mini pouch sf kettle corn, about half a package of Murray's sf lemon cookies, 2pieces Alpine Lace lite swiss cheese, 3 cups Diana's black bean soup, another soy latte, 1/2 cup of your whip 'frosting' with 1 T. PB2 stirred in (yum!), about 2 ounces of soy crisps, cups and cups and cups of tea too This has to be at least 3 or 4 thousand calories, don't you think? It was literally nonstop eating and pacing and talking on the phone and eating. Guess who isn't very hungry today? LOL

You are gonna have days like this.. we all do. It freaks ya out but unfortunately we are all food addicts and when emotions, stress gets in the way, we many times turn to the one thing we always did.. food. Have you read the "beck diet solution" yet? I really suggest it Molly, its helped me so much this past month get a grip with emotional eating.. its worth the money, I so promise you this! I would send u my copy but its like my bible, I keep referring to it.. she just makes so much sense to me. hang in there.. I know your stress is high, I did PM you about it all. I know the days after I eat like that.. its like no hunger what so ever the following day or days. Hugs, Melissa
