What did you eat and how did you move? Wednesday!
It's baaaacck! Come one folks, come clean: What did you eat today? Did you get in any exercise?
I got in five hours exercise at work, a lot of shopping afterwards and then had some fun playing here on the computer and trying once again to de-gunk my sewing room. Here's today's eats...a little light on the protein so far.
--nf, sf soy latte
1) 2 homemade bran muffins
2) homemade tvp protein bar
3) GNC Cinamon Bun bar (on the go food)
4) 1 cup homemade chicken salad filling on a rice cake (slider!), grilled zucchini leftovers
--sf cafe d'vita instant cappuccino
5) mock pb (sunflower nut butter on a kamut cake), sf fudgesicle
6) projected: 1 cup strawberries
calories: 807
carbs: 103
fats: 23
prot: 54
fiber: 31 (food plus supplements)
The fudgesicle after pb isn't sitting well on my pouchie so it doesn't sound very appealing to eat more but I suppose this will pass (must be some mini dumping) and I'll eat the strawberries and maybe add an EAS later.
Ok...how did you do today? I am not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow as I know I'll have at least a 2 or 3# gain from the last time. Not working very hard to get the stress eating off but I'll make it go away for sure.

Hey, I move my jaws plenty between chowing and chatting! LOL How many calories do you suppose it burns....3 or 4?
Wow, your day was impressive...really like a completely normal person's food intake, good for you!
I was off work Tuesday to take DS and myself to the dentist and it messed up my head, I kept thinking that today was weigh-day and it was yesterday! Duh... Gonna get us another day-late post started.
Hugs!

Aw, Rachel...thank you. No gain is good! Man, I SO hate what stress does to our eating. I try and try and try to follow good motivational principles when I realize I'm stress eating but it isn't always possible.
My uncle is still in the hosp. and stable but he is likely going to be moved to a really horrible nursing home soon. My family are all unhappy about it but his insurance is making the decision. I haven't had the chance to speak to them the last few days, but I'm sure his kids must be upset over it more than the rest of us. Personally, I wouldn't mind being in a horrible nursing home if my mind was shot but he's sharp as a tack and that is the heartbreaking part. Oh well, enough venting. You have enough of your own stress you don't need any of mine.
Any old time you need to get the eats and moves going you go right ahead. There are times we need to see it get posted sooner rather than later and it doesn't belong to any one person here, it belongs to us all!
Hugs!
