Aw thanks Molly, I just want people to know that just because I am not posting doesn't mean I am not keepin an eye on everyone ;) I am very much in tune with what is going on here even though I have practically nonexistent. I need to make more time for the board. It just seems my life is planned by the second any more. But I also like staying busy so its a good thing. Yes, it is nice to have this safe haven on the board.. I truly love the december board and all of its members, we are family and so nonjudgemental, loving and compassionate. It is a great place to be and come for support, we are so blessed! My presentation went great! I have pics on my profile. They aren't the best but pics nonetheless. I hope you are feeling better after such an emotional holiday, I can imagine it will take some time to heal and feel better about it all... know I have been thinking of you lots. I better get to bed, got a big day again tomorrow. I go to the doc to follow up on my wellbutrin (still on the baby dosage) and so far its been great (no side effects like the crazy zoloft!) and then my husband and I go to a retirment planning session at my work (free benefit) and then I need to run at the gym. I am running a 5k April 19th so trying to train for it. Then I need to come home and clean my house.. its been neglected lately Gonna make some 8th sin coffee now.. did u ever order any? My throat aches and I think it will feel good on it. Hugs, Melissa

Haven't ordered any coffee yet....had a stress migraine from hell and wanted to get the caffiene out of my system before even *thinking* about coffee again. I am just working my way up with my soy lattes in decaf for now. On my time off next week choosing some coffee will be a fun treat, can't wait to decide what to order...that is half the fun! I hear ya on having your life planned out by the second! I have gotten three magazines in the mail last week (one of them the OH mag FINALLY!) and haven't even had the time or energy to take them out of the mail stack. Maybe next week. I think I will have to make myself a day by day chart of what I want to accomplish in my one little week off. heehee Hope the appt. went well today. I forgot to tell you last week since it was so crazy that my follow up with the surgeon's nurse pract. was great. My D levels are back to normal and if I get in the sun I can stop taking the extra D. Woohoo! Now I gotta bop over to your profile to look at pics, thank you for posting them. Hugs! Molly

Oh I feel for you and those darn migraines.. what a pain in the tush! I am hoping you are feeling better now. Yes, the coffees are devine, love them I want more but I just had a huge order from bariactric eating.. and gonna order some moe eas shakes (can't live without those!) so gotta wait a while. Speaking of BE.. do you have the SF chai syrup? How much syrup do you add to your milk? Just curious.. I am sure it will say on the bottle. We get them at a local coffee shop but they are expensive and rather make them at home. We were using the oregan preconcentrated mix that u do half milk have concentrate.. its yummy but expensive for what you get. I hope we like this better and its cheaper over all. I hope you enjoy your much needed vacation Tell me more about the D you were taking.. was it a dry form?

I Love you Melissa! You are always on it! I have been really busy and yes lurking as well....shame on me......G and i are going to the gym after work these days- He moans and groans (as i used to when i first started) I try to ignore---I am not giving him the "out" to not go. I did my first 2 mile race on 3-15.....i am doing a 5k this weekend and am trying to get my sis to agree to do another one on 4-5. Trust me i am NOT running......i am walking really fast/jogging........but once we get this one behind us (this weekend/next) i want to start "training" for real to run these darn races...i am kind of hooked--it is a blast and i get my exercise in PLUS i get to spend time with my sister know what i mean......i think that i have told you all before i am trying to minimize the ps that i will have to have on my saddlebags/thighs/booty by focusing on that area lifting weights and doing elliptical work.....it is so disheartening to have done so well and to have all that loose skin following me around....... later gator--dawn

I love you back! That is cute that he moans and groans and u won't give him an inch of sympathy lol Good for you, way to stick to your guns! You have to with those boys sometimes! Congrats on that first race that is awesome!!! Wow a 5k this weekend YEAH!!! Have to let me know how it goes.. im nervous! I am doing it alone, its so good that you can do it with your sister!!! I hear ya on the ps stuff.. i have a consult tho may 5th.. they said it takes 1.5 hours.. hes very meticulous.. we are lucky to have him here.. keep me posted on u!

Hey, Mel! Thanks for the ((((Group Hug)))) and the compliment! I've been in "overload" mode; not a good thing... and keep hoping to be here more too. Still glad to "peek-in" on the Dec. MB, as so many members are moving ahead with their lives, eats, PS, and continued weight loss. Had to cut back on a lot of areas, but still keeping my SparkPeople logging going strong -- even when I don't love the #s. Luckily, the Dec MB is always a "homebase" for me. Lots of luvin' Ro

I am sorry times are tough right now Ro being in "overload" mode sucks. I was there this week and wanted to scream however I kept my eating in check for the most part, I have been creeping back into the game since the cruise and finding my "fall offs" to be fewer and fewer.. we just keep getting back on the horse when we fall.. its the only thing we can do.. stay positive my friend. I am glad you are still plugging in numbers even if it is not what you like to see.. it keeps it real and accountable for you. Glad you love the december board and find it a safe place for you.. I do too. Luvin' back atcha girlie.. have a nice weekend. Try to find some Ro Time.. *hugs*

Oh melissa thanks so very much.I just read this post and saw my name. It was just what I needed to see. You seem to know me and knew that i was lurking just not posting and why. To be included in the group puts it all back in prospective for me. I needed to be still a part but am embarassed about my lack of progress. I so appreciate you always being there for us. i also read your difficulties lately and it has helped me to understand struggles. I look up to you soooo much and you Molly have always been there. Others too on this site thanks also. But you both always seem to bring me back, always reeling me in no matter how long or far i stray. I will get back on track and i will beat the weight monster thanks you are my support and strength so glad I came here this morningm take care and congrads on you your new successes, Kelly

Love the avatar Kelly!!! I am glad you felt like you could relate to my post. We aren't perfect, we are human.. we make mistakes but its how we handle those mistakes that makes all the difference. Do we continue on the wrong path and make bad choices or do we move on and stay focused even if we faultered some? This is the lesson we must learn. I am here for you Kelly.. you are not alone in this. We are cheering u every step of the way!
