Happy St. Patrick's Day! Have the corned beef going now, carrots peeled to add in a bit, with the potatoes. Cabbage last minute, along with the soda bread. And yes, I'm drinking half my ale tonight! Got ANOTHER relapse on the bronchitis, compliments of the hubby's pneumonia, so not feeling up to par. I do have some recipes, hope to get them up tonight (as the corned beef should be on sale the rest of the week). Erin go braugh!
