Friday Eats and Moves
Ok..first let me say MY SONS (proud mom speaking) 400 IM RELAY TEAM got 2nd in STATE!!! He went a 51 in his 100 free which is GREAT!! So how many calories do you burn by JUMPING and SCREAMING A LOT!! Ok, Thanks for letting me BRAG
Breakkfast-Carnition instant breakfast no sugar added Drink
Snack-protein bar and a piece of cheese and lunch meat
Lunch-salad with chicken
Snack-grapes and rice cakes at the meet (to many rice cakes and this is where my carbs went UP)
Dinner-homemade bean soup
Totals 1093calories, 24 fat, 135 carbs, 88 protein
I think it said my fiber was around 20 or 25.
Happy FRIDAY to everyone!! I did not get to the GYM today as I cleaned my ENTIRE house, I have 3 laundry basket with NOTHING in them and went to the grocery!!

I went with husband today to do a stage hypnosis show at a school near Des Moines (yes I said hypnosis and no he can't hypnotize me to lose weight lol..) It was a BLAST! He is so talented!
Here is what I ate today.. did no movement other than sit in the car most of the day.. bah!
B: 1 joeseph's pita pocket (60 cal), 1 egg scrambled and 1 soy sausage.
S: 1 decaff coffee with splenda and 1 liquid creamer (I know bad!)
L: small wendy's chili with onion (no cheese) and small greek salad with feta and regular italian dressing.
S: SF, decaff Venti Iced Mocha Latte with skim milk from starbucks and one organic 100 calorie Glenny's brownie (Thank you GNC at the mall!)
D: 1 arctic frapp protein shake with SF kahluah syrup and FF whipage.
S: 1.5 ounces of trader joes buffalo beef jerky and 1 light mozz stick
S: 2 SF jellos with FF whipage.
Cals: 1183, Fat 39, carbs 96, fiber 18, protein 177 (YES.. doing so good, so proud of myself!!!)

Woohoo! Congratulations Proud Mama...that is great, 2nd in STATE! I hope you burned a lot of calories, did you have any voice left after all the cheering?
Haven't even yet started to count my calories for the day but I did write it all down. It is going to be hideous, I just know. I literally ate at least 9 times...

7) 1 rice cake topped w/2 T soynut butter, 1 T all-fruit spread
8) homemade protein bar
9) 2 mini-quiche 'bites'
calories: (have to estimate because of the 'bites') This falls into the "HOLY SH*T!" range:

...uh...looks like I need to ea****ER tomorrow. Oh good LORD!!! I think I need to remove most of the protein bars from my car and replace them with pouches of tuna or chicken so that when I'm out and about like today I eat less CALORIES!!!!
...ok I calculated the mini quiche bites (an "eggface" recipe) and also saw that I made a big mistake when I wrote down my turkey meatballs...made it 8 servings of 6 meatballs each instead of just the 8 meatballs. Oops! That makes the numbers a teensy bit better plus the fiber is good.
