THURSDAYs Eats and Moves
WHY did someone not point out that I do not know that days of the weeks. I posted Thursdays eats and moves and it was only WEDNESDAY!! I was a day off all day on Wednesday..Instead of springing ahead a hour I SPRUNG a day
Ok..she now that it is THURSDAY I will start this one!!
Breakfast-1 light wheat bread and PB
Snack-chabot cheese wedge
Lunch Low Fat Smoothie with splenda (way to many CARBS)
Snack-pure Protein protein bar
Dinner-Chicken Caesar Salad with light dressing
2 meatballs
Snack-*amn Jelly beans and chocolate flavored protein popcorn (I like the carmel much better)
My totals were not as good today
Calories 1294
Fat-37
Carbs-140 (I know but they were FRUIT)
Protein-92
I did not get to the gym today as I was BUSY!! I will not be around much as my son is swimming state this week..GO NICHOLAS!!!

Hi Diana.. Its ok.. I have done that many a times with switching the days! I saw it but even asked my husband.. "hun what day is it?" lol.. how funny!
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you just how proud I am of you Diana. You have really taken the control to be accountable and get back on track! I love it! I am trying to be good and follow in your footsteps. I have had a very good week myself and feel so good about getting back in the game myself. Great job lady!!!! You ROCK!!! Yeah for Nicholas!!!! That is so exciting!!!
Here are my damages...
Breakfast - 2 pumpkin protein waffles w/ SF maple syrup.
Snack - Homeade SF iced decaff vanilla latte with light vanilla soy milk
Lunch - NAS yogurt with blueberries and 1/4 cup fiber one
Snack - Luna peppermint stick bar
Dinner - 4 oz baked chicken and 1 cup of broccoli cassarole (a recipe i found with cottage cheese, low fat shredded jack cheese and egg beaters and a smidge of ww flour with whole grain crackers crumbled on top) It was good but bland, needed spices.
Snack - Vanilla Chai protein shake with 1 blue cran vitamuffin.
Cals: 1186, fat 24, carbs 134 (OUCHERS!) but fiber was THIRTY ONE! YEAH!, protein 120.
No movement today.. i had my husband's boss here ALL day.. tomorrow I am running and next week hitting the gym hard. I haven't been back into yet like I would like to be.

2 5oz salmon marinade soy sauce balsamic, honey and garlic 1/2 cup steamed zucchini

4 1/3 cup turkey taco salad, chips,salsa and gaucamole
5 6 oz stewed chicken 1 cup salad regular dressing and ritz crackers

Ha, I didn't notice it till after I'd replied and didn't even worry about it. Was too tired to finish journalling my food last night so my numbers are wrong. The carbs are sky high again...I don't know about this 'increasing your carbs during pms' thing. It doesn't seem to be working for me, I just want more and more and now I'm up to 134.5#. This weekend will be tough, being around food and trying not to pig out on carbs is a recipe for disaster. Wish me luck. Anyway, here is what I did log of Thursday's food.
--protein hot cocoa
1) 2 cranberry-almond oatmeal 'cookies' (sparkpeople recipe)
2) 1/2 cup fage, 1/2 cup kashi go lean
3) 2 more 'cookies'
4) 1/2 cup spinach lasagne, 1 sf hunts choc. pudding
5) 1 eas cafe caramel
6) 2 MORE 'cookies'
---there was more and I didn't record it
calories of that: 896
carbs: 120
fats: 22
protein: 61
You can see from the carbs probably why I let tiredness help me quit recording the food for the day. AND...why I have to keep track of my intake the rest of my life. The weight would come back on surely and steadily if I didn't keep an eye on my carbs.
