I guess I will start this again as I used FITDAY again today.
Breakfast-1 low carb bagel snack thing (samsclub.com)
Snack-2 chabot cheese and pure protein bar
Lunch-bean soup
snack-power pop popcorn
Dinner-salad with chicken on it
Snack-double bite crackers
1 special K protein water and water
Totals 1048 calories. 34fat. 103carbs. 109 protein
I went to the gym again today and did 30 mins on the elliptcal and 200 sit ups.
I burned over 300 calores so I was HAPPY!!

Moves for me were 4 hours at work and then pt. Didn't sleep much last night so after that I came home and went to bed till a phone call woke me and then Sam got home from school anyway. Heres mine:
--protein hot chocolate
1) 2 frigo lf mozz sticks
2) Oh Yeah! protein bar
3) GNC Cinnamon Bun Crunch Lite bar
4) one evil sf choc. cupcake followed by tummy pain
5) 1/2 turkey mini muffin, 1/2 serv. caulitators
6) grazing: a whole banana throughout the afternoon (a little chunk at a time), 1 cup apple slices
7) frosty protein shake

Your day looks great!!!! I did pretty good..
B: egg beater omelet with lowfat mont jack cheese and ham (1 oz of each, 2 servings of egg beaters) and 1 vitamuffin in deep choc flavor.
L: NAS walmart brand light yogurt in banana pie flavor and 1 PB atkins granola bar.
S: EAS Cafe Caramel Shake, a bit later 2 cups of regular oil popped popcorn
D: 4 oz chicken breast with 1 slice pepperjack cheese, onion and red pepper. Side salad with 1 tbs of regular ranch/french dressing (full fat, at a restaraunt)
S: 2 SF jello with FF whip topping.
Cals: 1201, fat 52, carbs 80, fiber 15 (plus 4 supplement), protein 101.
Ok here is todays damage
1 1/4 whole foods veggie wrap with 2 oz mozzarella cheese spinach mushrooms, capers, .5tbsp mayo, tomatoes added turkey and roast beef.
2 1/2 slice whole foods cheese pizza
3 whole foods cheese and raspberry danish
4 1/4 whole foods veggie wrap same ingredients as 1
5 apricot and cheese danish
6 pork spareribs w/ bbq sauce and bread a couple fries

Carbs 117 Imagine if i had'nt eaten the stupid danish.
