Wednesday Weigh-In's!
just dropping in to say HI!!! b/c I forgot to weigh myself.......anyhow, I have not done it since before the surgery and my doc suggested not to do it anyways since I am still swollen. Will do it for next week for sure.
On to another subject.....when do we stop loosing weight? I eat like a pig and I know I am loosing b/c my clothes are huge on me now but I do not want to loose anymore, what do I do? any suggestions?

My Nutritionist mentioned adding 200 calories for 1 month to see if it slows the loss.
400 calories the next, if it didn't slow down. Whatever calories used by exercise should be added back in your daily meals. That's what I am trying to do. Hope this helps. Ro
