Tuesday Eats and Moves
I thought I would start this as if I post I am DONE eating for the day. I went to the gym this afternoon and did 30mins on the elliptacle (burned 300 calories) and then did the weight stuff. I am sooo trying to get back on track as I am so tired of being STUCK at my weight!! I can tell I am toning as my clothes fit better but a drop on the scale would so help ME!!
I made a black bean soup for dinner so I had to "guess" on the totals for for it. Is there a place where you can put in the ingrdients and it tells you? If anyone likes black bean soup let me know and I can post it as it is WONDERFUL!!!
My totals for the day are 905 calories, 31g fats, 106 carbs, and 78g protein. I know I need to get my protein UP and carbs down.

Diana, you read my mind! When i was grocery shopping today I got two cans of black beans in hopes that it might be enough for your soup. Would you mind posting the recipe? I'd love to try it out.
Your numbers were great, I am so sorry to be listing mine after you say that you are trying to get your carbs down. :gulp:
Thank you for getting the post going, I'm done eating too and will probably be sorry about it tomorrow when we weigh in. Waaay too much sodium today and not enough protein. Oh well, "Tomorrow is another day." Said Scarlet. Here's todays eats. Moves were 4 hours at work and I didn't do the treadmill because my knee was worse today. I'll do my pt exercises tonight and call it good.

1) Oh Yeah! protein bar (sort of on a chocolate kick with the pms)
2) 1/2 cup 0% Fage and 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean
3) 1 bran muffin
4) bad snacking: nsa little debbie style cookie, ho-ho style nsa cupcake (Mrs. Freshley's...don't buy these...just walk away from the display!!!!)
5) 1 sunsweet prune, 1 sf froz fruit bar
6) 3 oz. chicken marsala, 1 serv. caulitators, 1/2 cup red cabbage, 1/4 cup homemade gravy from the guy's dinner (this was bad but so tasty!)
calories: 1062
carbs: 150 (horrible!!!)
fats: 35
protein: 60
fiber: 45 (food plus sups.)
The pms made me buy the goodies but I'm going to leave them out on the counter for my guys to help eat so I won't be tempted to hide them away and eat them all myself. That is an old food habit I have worked so hard to get rid of and it's a tough one to break.
So, so tired tonight. Gonna go do that pt right now and get to bed early.
DUH..I just realized I did not post WHAT I ate so here it is
Breakfast -2 pieces 35 calories veg fiber bread with 2 T peanut butter
Lunch-2 pieces turkey and 1 piece chabot cheese
Snack-Pure Protein Bar and 1 philly swirl popsickle (10 calorie)
Dinner-Black bean soup and a piece of smoked turkey
Snack-Better Balance Protein Chips
Bad thing is some jelly beans (just a few but still BAD)
I had a Special K protein water also and plain water!!
