How is your day in general? Are you working / thinking for many hours... overdoing it and burning out? It's hard to plan meals or cook, when your already exhausted! Hope that your able to get a break soon. ((((Big Hugs)))) Ro

They typically start with good intentions and then crash and burn. Im working most of the time doing paper work i'm in the car alot so i do fast food and then there is the dreaded overland park ks and my favorite french bakery is there Artisan Francias sssssssssoooooooooooooooooooo goood you can taste the butter in the tarts he is wonderful there is a lemon tart and a pear almond tart so good i did good today because i was with in 100 feet of the shop and i didnt stop probably because i had just left Whole foods after commiting every WLS sin there is sugar carbs and fat that was another trip that started with good intentions i was going to get this veggie wrap with turkey i left with the wrap a piece of pizza , and two pastries the worst part is that i know its wrong the entire time but i dont have any control my nutri suggested a behavorial therapist I have been searching for one but have been unsuccessful thus far I hope i can find one soon eventhough i eat crazy i have never gained anything i just lose really slow like 5lbs in a month. Well i'm getting ready to run my numbers for today and see how awful today was i'll be back in a min.

Your numbers weren't as bad as I thought that they were going to be, but it does make you feel miserable afterwards, which is another problem. Plus you've already said that you want to change the quantity of food eaten daily. I'm glad that you are trying to handle it. Seems like you might have to avoid going near the stores that you used to frequent, as they might be a trigger. Since you are on the road, it really is a different sort of challenge. The temptation is everywhere. How can you avoid or change your routine? You've come so far and I want to be there at the finish line, when you reach goal!!! Smooch!!!! Ro

Today is my phone day i spend forever on the phone returning phone calls and setting appts and guess what there are no groceries so i should be safe so far all i have had was a EAS RTD strawberries and creme shake i love those and a hand full of cheddar chex mix obivous grazing. Now i am thawing out some salmon that packaged up its already in a balsamic garlic,and honey marinade for lunch probably have mixed veggies with it

Im from Belton MO! I used to go to OP all the time!! I love that area.. such good foods and shopping there. The next time I visit the family we should make a point of meeting up girlie!

Hi I have a HUGE Carb problem also and I have noticed this week since I have been using Fitday when my carb numbers are up I am HUNGRY!! I would have been THIN if there was ever a HIGH CARB diet I want to say it was Melissa who said if it is white it is not right so I have really been trying to stay away from white carbs! I even got my kids on whole wheat bread and my youngest is PICKY!! We can do this together!!! I have a way to go and I feel like such a FAILURE sometimes. I swear I am not coming back as I feel like I should be closer to goal then I realize if I did not come here for SUPPORT I will never get to my goal!!! EMail me anytime.
