Okay, so it has been awhile since I have actually posted and I thought there was no time better than now. Since my TT and Hernia repair I have put on 7 pounds. Makes me mad, however I know that when I can start working out again things will change. I have a lot going on right now which I think is part of my problem with the whole weight gain. I have noticed the eating habits have changed and am taking care of them! I hate falling off track. My husband and I are splitting. I should feel sad and in a way I do, however I know that it is for the best and we both need to be happy, which we have not been in quite awhile. On that note, work is going great. I am taking a lot of call so I can build up so extra cash and it also helps keep my mind off of everything that is going on. I hope you all are doing well. I do check up on you all, just havn't really been posting a whole lot. Take care!

Aw, Maghan....I'm sorry to hear it has come down to that but you both have to find happiness and peace in life or it isn't worth living. You'll get that 7 pounds off, I know it. One of the ladies in my support group who had a lot of 'work' done recently was a workout nut and it made her crazy not being able to work out and then gaining back a little. She is back on track now and working it off again. Take care and don't get too busy for us here, keep checking up on us and letting us know how you are doing. We miss seeing you! Molly

Hi, Maghan... I saw the responses to your update on the PS MB and was surprised that so many Bariatric Patients' marriages end in divorce. The stress of divorce can really mess-up "weight". Hope that you stay strong and healthy...and thin! Ro

(((hugs))) Maghan...it's not an easy decision to come to, is it? Unfortunately, a great deal of people who undergo WLS end up in divorce. We were advised of this in our support groups prior to our surgeries at our center. They say it makes strong marriages stronger, but can break troubled ones. Sadly, mine is ending as well. But it's not something that hasn't been coming prior. I hope both you and your husband find the happiness you deserve. I hope you find your groove again and get your 7lbs gone. hugs, Shawn
