Wow, it was a really nice day here in Spokane. Hope you had great weather where you all are too (Beatriz, that is probably a GIVEN for you!) and got outside to enjoy it. Since I had the day off work I should have gotten on the treadmill but am fighting a headcold and took it off exercise too. But I did get outside and do some yardwork in bits, it was just too pretty to stay inside all day. Ran to the grocery store for some things and also picked up the ingredients for the Pizza Bites by Eggface. She posts her recipes on her blog and announces them on the RNY mb here, if you haven't checked it out before you gotta stop by and see her fun stuff! http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ Roasted a 12# turkey last night so it was leftovers today and then I'll make the Pizza Bites tomorrow, bet they'll be yummy! Here's today's eats: --nf, sf soy latte 1) cottage cheese pancakes, 1/4 c sf syrup, 1 splooge sf whipped cream 2) 2 oz. turkey, 1 cup crispix 3) the LAST of the sf chocolates (Ding, Dong, the Witch is Dead!...It's all gone!) 4) 6 turkey meatballs 5) 4 oz. turkey, 2 T ff sour cream 6) Nectar Latte Cappuccino shake w/1 cup soymilk calories: 1100 carbs: 102 fats: 44 protein: 89 The fats are in the freak-out zone for me but that is from the chocolate and won't be repeated! No veggies in there, I know...bad. I will prob. have a sugar free froz. fruit bar before going to bed, my throat is getting more sore and that always makes it feel better. Why do colds always get worse at night??? Sorry, would you like some cheese with that whine? Ok, I'm not the only one who ate anything today...you must have done better than me or at least as bad. LOL! What did you eat? Did you exercise? See you tomorrow! Hugs!!! Molly

I am on a very limited diet right now where it is mainly liquids. I had protein shakes throughout the day. 4 drinks at 160 cals each. For dinner I had a 4oz salmon patty. Did I exercise? Heck NO! I barely have time to think lately let alone think about actual exercise. I am moving a lot so I am still burning cals and my body hurts from physical activity so still working muscles. protein - 142 cal - 810 sugar - 5 fat - 11 Terisa

Terisa, it sounds like you are doing great even though you don't have enough time for yourself. Keep up the good work, glad you are getting in enough calories. It's no wonder you look so fabulous in your new swimsuit. Miss you, hope life will slow down a bit so you can enjoy yourself. Molly

Tuesday was beeeeautiful - sunny, warm, but a nice cool breeze. I love spring!!! Gosh Molly, I am so intimidated by your accuracy! I don't count my calories, heck sometimes I don't pay attention to what is going in to my mouth (I am working on this) - so I don't have calculations for anything. I want to do this post though, as a way to help me pay attention - so here it goes... B 12 oz protein shake (46 g protein, approx 200 cal) S 2 popcorn cakes with Naturally More peanut butter (good stuff - see note below) L Banquet frozen dinner - Salsbury steak, corn, and mashed potatoes (this was a small dinner - I ran errands for work during lunch so I had to get this) S Handful Bare Naked Heavenly chocolate granola D 2 popcorn cakes with same peanut butter Looks like a lot of fat and carbs - which is probably why I am stuck at 155. I moved all over the plant floor yesterday (annual fire system inspection and a bunch of other stuff to look into) Have a good day ya'll!! Kerdeeya

Hey Kerdeeya, it's so much fun to see you on the mb! I have to look for that peanut butter and give it a try, maybe it wouldn't give me migraines the way the regular stuff does. I've been trying sunflower nut butter lately and it tastes better than soynut butter but I still haven't worked it into a proper meal yet. Maybe a pb&j over the weekend on rice cakes. mmmm... I'm not great counting calories and such, I use Sparkpeople.com and let it do the work for me. The worst I have to do is input what I ate and if it isn't in their database I do have to manually enter it and then save it. So since I normally eat mostly the same things it works out very easily. I love it, it really keeps me accountable!
