Monday...What'd You Chow?
I'd say 'Happy Monday' but that feels like an oxymoron. Well, maybe it feels happy to Melissa since her weekend shift is over and she can catch up on some sleep. LOL! (sorry, Mel!) It's always a rough day at work for me and I'm so thrilled when it is over. No career-gal, this one!
Except for still trying to, er, get 'rid' of some remaining sugar free chocolates I think eats were pretty good today. You judge:
nf, sf soy latte (hey, it's my day-starter!)
--snacked on sf choc. on the way to work
1) 1 1/2 PK's pumpkin muffins
2) 1 serving Tuna Not Noodle Casserole, sf choc. single for dessert
3) 100 cal South B*tch bar
4) 1 PK's pumpkin muffin, 2 T 'whip' frosting
5) 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill meusli (carb attack!)
--decaf and sf creamer, another sf choc.
6) planned for dinner: TURKEY! roasting in the oven right now, caulitators, 2 T ff ranch dressing for the turkey (maybe)
calories: 1062
carbs: 102
fats: 38
protein: 81
The numbers are pretty darned good, even considering all that chocolate and yes, I logged it! And Yes, it is nearly all gone!!!! WOOHOO!!! I hereby publicly promise not to buy anymore sf chocolate for myself for at least one month. PROMISE!
You know you are craving carbs badly when you'll willingly eat RAW oatmeal.

PS....no formal moves for me...8 hours at work is enough! I'll do my pt exercises tonight and call it a day.
