What did ya eat and how did ya move today? Wednesday

Hi Gang, Happy Hump Day! Hope you are having a terrific week.. its still very cold here. I can't wait for spring.. do I say that about everyday? That's because I have such cabin fever, spring cannot get here fast enough I tell ya!!! Today I worked it out on the treadmill, ran only 1.5 miles today because I ran out of time.. I had a staff meeting I had to go to and was doing some chores and time got away from me. But I also did lots of walking around after my meeting. So i feel pretty good about my movement. Sore from the circuits yesterday so nothing along those lines today.. always need a day in between to heal.. never work the same muscle groups two days in a row. Well I did all body parts yesterday, so nothing today for me. As for my eating.. this is what I had.. good day so far! B: 1 Kashi Go Lean Blueberry Waffle with SF Maple Syrup and 3 oz of ground turkey sausage. S: Arctic Frap Cappaccino Protein Drink with 6 oz of light vanilla soy milk and ice blended together, topped with FF rhedi whip (after my run). L: 2 pumpkin protein pies with only frosting (no whip) took them with me to eat in the car after my meeting (I am so proud of myself!) S: Cafe A Lait (4 oz skim milk to 12 oz of decaff coffee steamed). I wanted to see how I would do with only a half cup of skim milk.. no problems!! Yeah! S: 1/2 cup SF Jello D: 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 oz lowfat monteray jack cheese, red onion, spice black bean burger, 2 tbsp of black bean salsa, 1 tbsp of light sour cream. S: EAS Shake Cals 1063, fat 33, carbs 83, fiber 11, protein 117 I am getting back on track everyone and I am very happy! How did you do today???

Well everybody this is day 2 of the 5dpt for me and it wasn't to bad only at the end of the day i started to feel really awful likely because i feel asleep and didnt wake up until 1130pm i took a 5 and a half hour nap like a doofus so and i didnt eat as often as i should have so i drank 3/4 cup apple juice deluted with 11/2 cups of water and i had about 3 ounces of chicken breast and i thats off plan and i still feel goofy has anyone else felt like this. Well here are my numbers. 1 Strawberry Cream EAS RTD 2 Black Bean Soup w/ hot sauce 3 Chocolate Fudge EAS RTD 4 Black Bean Soup w/ hot sauce 5 3 ounces seared chicken 6 1/2 cup of protein SF FF vanilla pudding 1 cup SF jello Calories 756 Fat 13.5 Carbs 74 Protein 63 Not to awful i guess hopefully i will be better tomorrow.

I think you did FABULOUS! That soup is so very unsatisfying which is why you prolli turned to the chicken.. i did the same thing! Your protein is a tad low also which may also be why you were feeling unsatisfied. I did this plan and ate 1000-1200 cals a day and got in 120 proteins a day.. felt very satisfied.. just food for thought. You are doing terrific! Hugs! Keep it up!!!! Report back tonight ok?

I agree with Melissa, your protein is a little too low and I'd also up the fats a bit too for satiety. But really, what a geat day! Molly
