Hi Molly! I hate how the we "bounceback" some after the pouch test.. tells you there is alot of water weight lost with it and it makes sense b/c we would have to have a deficit of 3500 cals to lose a pound.. hrmmm... i like it to still get ahold of the carb monster though if nothing else. You are doing great with your weight.. congrats! I am still weighing in at 140+ I am still working on it though! Went to the gym today! (yeah!) and I did 2 miles jogged on the treadmill on an incline of 2 with sprints incorporated.. then jogged 1 miles on the track then 1 miles in "aerobic mode" on the elliptical (15 mins) then 1 hour of strength training focusing on all body systems. My plan is to do more cardio tomorrow but take strength training off. I have a staff meeting at work tomorrow at 2pm so will hit the gym first. I burned 500 cals just in cardio today! Word is they may be eliminating all Baylor positions from the hospital due to financial issues lately (Baylor is the position I have, work 2 days and get paid for full time with full time benefits). I love this position and hate to lose it. I would be so so sad as it will be great for my husband and I once we decide to have children There is even an "invitation" for me and the other baylor to get lunch with the CEO next week (sigh..) to supposedly discuss concerns.. lets hope that is what it is really about.. Please pray for me.. I did get a part time job though today working at the floral shop in our small town. I am gonna work Wednesdays 9-5 for now starting mid March. I am excited as it will give me something to do and break up my week. She is very flexible and will let me travel to KC and do other things if necessary.. what a great boss!!! I am so excited.. now if my other job remains unaffected.. all will be great! Ok so enough rambling.. here are my eats! B: 2 protein pumpkin pies with FF whip and "frosting" L: 20 oz SF Chai Tea Latte with Soy, then had a Cafe Au Lait (3/4 coffee 1/4 milk - soy in my case). I decided to take an hour and enjoy myself at a coffee shop near the gym after my workout and read a health magazine and sip sip sip, it was wonderful! S: 1 cup SF jello, some broccoli florets and 1.5 tablespoons of light ranch dressing. D: 1 cup black bean soup from 5dpt recipes with 1 oz light mont jack cheese, 1 tbsp of light sour cream.. uhm.. THIN.. did nothing for me.. put 2 oz of baked chicken in it.. still NO satisfaction. I had a powercrunch bar after all said and done. I think it could have had 1/2 the fluid.. called for 2 quarts (that is 32 oz.. one quart right?).. i used 2, 32 ounce broths.. maybe I goofed? S: 1 cup SF Jello with whip. Cals 1192, fats 44, carbs 93, fiber 12, protein 120

You bet I will keep you in my prayers, I hope it will work out ok for your job. Have fun with the flower shop, tho...sounds like it will be a joy to work there too. After reading about the black bean soup I'm glad I didn't make it! Did you try the cheesy ham? It was so rich that a small amount was very filling. And I will make the pumpkin/sausage soup again but I will definitely modify it to be less greasy. Wow, your day was really good too! I got into the healthy carbs a little more yesterday and it made me want more today. Am going to seriously rethink my whole eating plan and really try to incorporate a lot more meats and less stuff like my veggie soup. Have my rose society meeting tonight so I have been a baking fool today and I think when the fridge empties out of all the pretty treats I'll slap a turkey from the deep freeze in there. Maybe I can get Mike to smoke it for me this weekend, but at any rate I'm gonna be a turkey eatin' fool pretty soon! LOL
