Tuesday-What did ya eat and how did ya move?
Good evening gang! Did you have a good Tuesday? How are your storms there, Melissa? Sorry you missed your support group last night but hope that the weather is better now.
Moves for me today were 5 hrs at work and then physical therapy which made me sore, surprise surprise. haha But I am really stoked to be getting exercises to build up my knee so that I can jog again with confidence. It is arthritis, a torn miniscus (sp?) and tendonitis with swelling. Looking forward to having a strong, mean knee when this is done!
Been trying really hard with my eats today, I have already had some bounce-back from the 5DPT loss as I was expecting. Likely it IS water that was lost during the week but as long as those size fours keep fitting I'm ok with it. With any luck I'm gonna weigh in at 132 or 133 tomorrow, crossing fingers! Here's eats:
nf, sf soy latte
1) 6 turkey meatballs
2) 1/2 cup fage 0% yogurt, 1/2 cup kashi go lean
3) 1 cup chicken salad leftover from potluck
4) 2 sf fudgesicles (catching a cold and have a sore throat, that's my excuse)
5) planned: 6 turkey meatballs
6) planned: iceberg salad w/cuke, tomato and lemon juice (no salt!)
tea, tea, tea, tea....
Gonna do my pt exercises tonight in between baking for tomorrow night's rose society meeting. I am refreshment chairman (and you know being obese, I'm the best!) so it is an all-out bake fest for me. Woohoo...I get to make all the calorie laden things I want and other people have to worry about the calories! However, I already have many sugar free things baked that I'm taking too so I can have a treat myself.

I went to the gym last night and was back there this morning at 515 I made it up to 30 mins on the elliptal (I know I spell it wrong everytime) which is a lot more then the 1:30 I started with a month ago...
B-Protein bar and grapes
L-pita pizza
S-wheat thins, cheese stick 10 calorie philly swirl popsicke
D-Chicken Fajitas and 3/4 low carb tort.
S-luna peppermint Pr. bar (Thanks Melissa..it was good)
handful of frosted flakes cereal DRY
1/2 c low fat chocolate milk (can you tell what my kids ate for a snack)
I did not put this is to Fitday but I know it is a lot of carbs..I so need to work on this.

Woohoo...you are doing great getting to the gym!
Can't you tough-love the kids a little and get rid of things like the frosted flakes cereal? I started weaning my guys off their sugary cereals with organic cereals. They are down to a Life-type cereal, raisin bran and a Crispix type that they think is too sweet. ha! What I do have on hand is big Tupperwares of Special K Protein Plus (is that the right name?), Kashi Go Lean and a whole lot of 'puff' grains...Kamut, Spelt, Corn, Brown Rice.
Hope tomorrow goes better but still, you are in there workin' it! Keep at it!

Ok Molly here is todays list i have been trying to get my water in which has been a task but this is day 1 of the pouch test i started over since yesterday was a disaster.
1 EAS RTD Chocolate fudge with a 1/2 cup of decaf coffee took me 45 mins to drink i know that was bad
