What did you eat and how did you move...Sunday Edition!
Aw, the weekend is over. Always sorry to see it come to an end. No moves for me today, I took the day off. Should have gotten on my treadmill! Eats were great today even though I added carbs back. After five days without them they tasted so great!
--nf, sf soy latte
1) 1/2 recipe cottage cheese pancakes, .75 oz. turkey sausage
2) other half of the same foods
3) 1 tofu/chocolate 'cupcake' (made for potluck and sampled one...used that lower-sugar cake mix)
4) 1 cup white chicken chili
5) 1 slice diet cheesecake, 3 spears of asparagus
6) later on 6 homemade turkey meatballs and if I have room asparagus

i had 2 HOHOs today like 25 tortilla chips espinaca cheese dip and gaucamole a couple of forks of beans and some rice and a piece of chicken burrito that was covered in cheese how awful of a day was that i will not even bother to run the numbers because i know they are through the roof. The bright spot of today was that i started taking ballroom dance classes today that was alot of fun and very amusing.
Hey Molly today has been torture i thought it would be ok if I just stayed in and didnt go anywhere that would tempt me but i am dying i am so ready to eat the shakes are making me sick literally my stomach is aching like from to much sugar i know that i'm not dumping because there is no sugar in them but they are making me sick i usually like them but not now so i had a cup of FF chicken broth w/a 1/4 cup of cream of mushroom soup and a 1/2 scoop of unjury unflavored in it Molly i am dying i am just disappointed that i was so excited to start this today and i am dying for a piece of chicken.
Did you make yourself any of the soup recipes from the website? They have so many calories in them that even though you only eat a cup for a portion they really are satisfying. And if the cup doesn't work for you, just wait that full half hour after eating one and try another cup. Just keep on giving yourself time...this is about relearning following our surgeon's rules.
