Sorry if you are getting bored reading about this but since this is my first time doing it, I'm kinda excited by it all! So I finished it up, today is a whole new start to my eating and back to regular foods. My planned breakky: cottage cheese pancakes, sf syrup, a sploog of sf whipped cream, a turkey sausage patty. I could only eat half! Wow!!! What a thrill to me to get full so fast again on so little. An added plus, now I get to enjoy that delicious food as leftovers for lunch. Have a lovely Sunday! Molly (this isn't official, but I'm down a total of ten pounds from the regain...hope my Weds. weigh-in will be spectacular!)

Congratulations!!!!! I am so proud of you Molly!!! So that means you must be weighing in the 120s! I am *OFFICIALLY* jealous! Oh wow!!! My scale is back up again.. I am premenstural and a half tho and screwed up as you know the other night with the concert so this week I have a plan (I am getting back down to my lowest post op weight if it kills me!) This is gonna be my daily plan for this week.. let me know what you honestly think. I made it up so it has plenty of things to it.. and 1050 cals a day which is a good losing amount for me with a good mix of carbs, fats, protein (high for me as always but good). 1-protein shake with soy 2- pumpkin protein pies with whip/cc frosting (made a cinnamon flavor this time) 3-protein shake with soy 4-either split pea of black bean soup 1 cup from 5dpt 5- EAS shake And my option item if I want it and probably will... will be a homeade latte with soy Stats: cals 1040, fats 29, carbs 70, fiber 11, protein 131 I will also do SF jello as I need it. Again, congrats Molly - I am inspired to finally get where you are... I wanna weigh 128 as this would put me at 200 lbs lost. I also want more wiggle room now that I KNOW i can wiggle with NO problems.. the fear of losing too much is totally gone now.. haha! Thanks again for showing me I *can* get back on track and make it happen. (I hope).

Hey girl...we are doing it together! It is so great to have you to do this pouch test with and I'm looking forward to cheering on Rachel and whoever else wants to do it from our December family, too. You are going to sail right past me and straight into the 120's...you can do it!!! Today I weighed 131...my highest Valentines Candy regain was 141.5 actually. (It was only for one day and no way did I announce it!) I won't count this as real weight loss till Weds. so I have to behave! I like your plan but do you have enough fiber in it? Extra supplements, right? What are your favourite kinds? Lately I've been reading labels on them and some of them are made from wheat. (Hello, Carb Cravings? I'll take an order to go...) If you need something to chew you could sub. a slice of PK's meatcrust pizza for the soup. I make mine with Psyllium/oat fiber cereal instead of the crackers and put veggies on top too for more fiber. Wasn't even able to eat a whole slice of it last night...woohoo! Tasty and so thrilling! Your plan should be especially great for pms'ing...you can make those shakes as 'sweet' as you need and with lots of ice they'll last and last. Please remind me the next time *I'm* pms'ing to drink a nice, sweet choc. protein shake, ok? Heaven knows I'll have forgotten by then. Just back from Wally World and I got three new shirts from the clearance rack (yeah, baby!), some $3 training bras and a pair of THEIR size four jeans. I don't quite 'believe' the Levi's size 4's because they are so stretchy but this is the first time I've found a WM size four that zipped, let alone looked decent. Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy!!! Molly sorry...I'm emoticon crazy this weekend!

WOW That is GREAT!! I am so proud of you that you did this. I will try it again and hopefull make it more then 3/4 of a day!! We were at a swim meet all day and it was not a good day for me..I bought a bag of popcorn and after that ALL I wanted to do was MUNCH. Diana

Howdy Well let me start by saying that I appreciate the support so much and this board has truely proved to be a life line on what i felt like was a sinking ship. However, this weekend I have morphyed into a carb queen i had 2 HOHOs today like 25 tortilla chips espinaca cheese dip and gaucamole a couple of forks of beans and some rice and a piece of chicken burrito that was covered in cheese how awful of a day was that i will not even bother to run the numbers because i know they are through the roof. On the brighter side of things I am looking forward to tomorrow i feel like crap i think its the combination of guilt and a bad diet. I have cleared my calender for monday and tuesday so that i dont have to leave the house that is the only thing that will make liquids only easier i have tons to keep me busy and way I gotta get ready to file taxes ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
