Saturday what did you eat:)
I was going to post this on Mollys then I realized that it was Fridays so I will start todays for anyone who wants to post.
Today was a good day for me as I was home ALONE a lot of the day. My house is clean and my laundry is caught up
My husband took our oldest to his swim meet (he did well) and I stayed home as the youngest had DI practice and had to work on his science fair project.
Tomorrow we will ALL go to the meet. I so enjoy watching my kids swim and we have a really FUN group of friends who we sit with.
Breakfast-2 egg, bacon and cheese baked omlet
Snack-100 calorie pack of chips ahoy
Lunch-PB and J on light WW bread (OMG it was good)
Snack-2 philly swirls 10 calorie bars
Dinner-chicken sausage with saurkraut and McDonalds Yogurt
Snack-FF pudding and SF jello
I bought a gallon of water last night and my GOAL was to drink the whole gallon today as I was HOME the whole day but I did not.
Tomorrow it will be more of a protein bar kind of day as all they have at meets to eat is JUNK.

Hi Diana,
Today was a good day here too. Not home alone but at least this was the last day of the pouch test and tomorrow I can weigh and see just exactly how I did. My size four pants fit again and that thrills me!
Moves today were 70 minutes jogging/walking on the treadmill. Have only started the laundry, had to get the taxes done first. Ugh! Even worse, now I am in the middle of my daughter's FAFSA application. Talk about a chocolate-craving-inducer!!! Here's day five eats:
nf, sf soy latte
1) 6 slices louis rich turkey bacon cooked dry
2) 3 1/2 oz. turkey sausage patties
3) 4 oz. turkey sausage patties w/1 Tab. sf catsup
4) 1 sf. jello (10 cal)
5) 1 slice PK's Meat Crust Pizza ...technically not right for day five but too bad! One slice and I'm stuffed, how cool!
drank a lot of decaf tea and decaf coffee today to which I added 2 cups of soy milk

Gonna try to drink a lot of herbal tea tonight because these last two meat days have been full of high-sodium foods and I don't want to wake up all puffy tomorrow. I normally never eat this many pre-processed foods anymore and I can really feel the sodium.
Have fun tomorrow at the swim meet, sounds like a good time. My kids never competed but I always enjoyed watching them during lessons.
