Hi Gang! How are you all doing? Hope you are having a good week. Soon it will be the weekend. I really can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can go outside and enjoy the weekends that way.. this winter has just been way too long for me! I am gonna dance today for movement! My husband has to work late and so heck.. i might as well shut the curtains and dance for at least a 1/2 hour. That will be fun I am taking it lower key with the 5DPT since the carbs are way lower and running requires some carbs for energy. I will get back at that next week as I add more carbs back into my diet. This is what I am eating today.. B: Turkey Bacon Baked Omelet (5DPT recipe) S: 1/2 cup SF jello (not sure we are supposed to eat this but I eat it daily and it helps with fluids.. so I do it). L: Paremsean Tuna Patty over a leave of romaine and tbsp of salsa S: 1 hard boiled egg S: 1/2 orange (to prevent headaches) S: 4 oz light vanilla soy milk and decaff coffee over ice.. basically an iced latte with SF vanilla syrup and splenda. D: Baked Tilapia (another 5DPT recipe) 4 oz with light swiss cheese S: 1 cup Jello with Rhedi whip S: EAS shake (I have heard we shouldn't do this on firmer protein days but I need my shake.. its vital :P) Seems like I eat so much but when u see the totals its really not at all Cals: 1005, fats 42, carbs 37, fiber 3 (better chew on some fiber chews im thinking!), protein 117 How did you all do? Thank you again for the fiber reminder...I think before I forget I'd better go have another fiber supplement and then get back to the keyboard...... Ah, fiber supplement washed down with Airborne and followed by an herbal lemon tea chaser. LOL! Moves were 8 hours on my feet hard at work today. Typical work stuff for me: pushing, pulling, lifting (and lifting and lifting!), climbing stairs, climbing ladders. Day Three pouch test eats: 1) soft-cooked real egg (gross!), 1 mozz stick --nf, sf soy latte (mine is 1 cup nf, sf soymilk and half cup espresso, 1/4 cup sf coffee syrup...a TALL drink!) 2) 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese with 2 hardboiled eggs chopped up into it. At least I think it was 2 eggs...the whole thing measured out to 1 cup of food. ?? Made it too late at night and with a headache. 3) Alpine Punch Isopure (I was so starving at work!) 4) 3 oz. pouch of tuna, 1 tablespoon salsa, 1 hard boiled egg 5)Protein cocoa: sf cocoa mix and 1 scoop Nectar Latte Cappuccino 6) 1/2 cup egg beaters 7) 1 hunts sf snackpack choc. pudding calories: 913 carbs: 19 fats: 27 protein: 145 This test is hurting my pouchie. I have had to add back in my Carafate to shut it up. I think it is just spoiled from so many months of the lovely oatmeal carbs in my daily protein bars.

Molly and Melissa, You both are doing GREAT!!! Today was not my best day I have had this week but it was by far not my WORSE I have had. B-protein shake S-protein bar L-pomagranie Smoothie and carrots and celery (this is where I messed up as do you see any PROTEIN) *this is where I got HUNGRY S-a piece of Ham and cheese and a few pretzels (in the car..big mistake) another protein bar D-Roast and carrots S-popcorn I was at the gym this morning at 450 AM and actually made it on the Elliptal for 20 mins which is WONDEFUL for me as 3 weeks ago I was off at 1:30 sec. I then did the weights and sit ups so I was happy. Hope everyone has a Happy Friday
