What did ya eat and how did ya move YESTERDAY (wednesday)?

Sorry way behind but wanted to be accountable everyday this week especially with this 5dpt thing going on with Molly and I! I ran around the world with husband and then did get some intervals in on my treadmill for 1/2 hour. I am not back to running quite yet but I will get there.. Being so much more low carb lately (compared to my free for all days anyway!) I don't wanna crash my blood sugar so not really running this week.. taking it somewhat easy on the exercise aspect but making sure i still get some sort of movement. Of course I buzz around the house all day too! Here is what I ate yesterday (hoping I can remember)... B: Choc Fudge EAS Shake S: 1 cup SF jello L: the broth, a bite of carrot and celery from chicken noodle soup at Perkins (husband wanted to go) and lots of decaf coffee and 1 creamer out of all the cups I enjoyed. S: Starbucks.. Venti SF Decaff Cinnamon Dolce Soy Latte, then I had a Venti Decaff and her steam up 2 oz of soy milk to put in there and I added splenda (Yum!) S: SF creamsickle (i know prolli not the best choice.. this was almost day 3 for me on liquids being that I started on Monday.. lol) S: 1 cup SF Jello D: 1/2 cup split pea soup with 1 piece of crumbled turkey bacon and 1/2 ounce of low fat mont jack cheese.. FILLED ME STUFFED YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS S: Protein shake with soy milk S: I ended up having a SF Banana Fudge Supreme Pudding Seems like I ate a lot.. and I prolli did but it was still under 1200 cas as my lunch didn't amount to really anything calorically speaking. I also got in over 120 proteins.. HAPPY! Carbs were high towards 100.. today will be much lower now that I am on soft proteins and shakes aren't supposed to happen (Argh.. can I do that? I will really want an EAS or jello.. and I may just do it anways.. I am down 9.5 lbs so far.. pretty darn happy!.. ok ECSTATIC!)

So glad you posted this, I want to be accountable too. Was just too tired and headachy yesterday to post it myself. (lazy????) Sure seems like my calories were awfully high for someone on a 'restrictive' diet. Even people at work were amazed at the grease floating on the top of my little one-cup servings of soup. --nf, sf soy latte 1) frosty protein shake 2) 1 cup ham and cheese soup 3) 1 cup garden veggie soup pureed with 1 scoop soy powder 4) 1 serv. ham and cheese soup 5) half a small apple (no peel) 6) 1 cup pumpkin/sausage soup 7) 1 EAS choc. fudge calories: 1207 carbs: 58 fats: 56 protein: 116 Worked a mere 4 hours and then did a bunch of power shopping. Still had the headache and tried to go to bed early with an icepack. Up several times in the night for a change of icepacks.
