Wednesday Weigh-In's!
Ok, I don't see anybody else volunteering to embarrass themselves here (ahem!) so I will go first. I hope that there are only a rare few of us here who had a bad week and hopefully the rest of you are going to provide a much better example than me. However, in my defense...I am doing the 5DPT and am GOING to have a better weigh-in next week, I promise! (Oops...I didn't promise that last week too did I???)

I was afraid of Valentines candy (and it was sugar free!) and sure enough, I couldn't control myself around it. What I ended up doing was hiding it in plain sight of my family. They can't see it, I know where it is, but I can't get into it without alerting them to where it is (and they'll eat it up!). So, when I have my weight back down to at least 133 then I'll let myself get it back out again and back to only ONE PIECE A DAY. That is my 'deal'.
Question of the week: What 'deals' have you made with yourself recently to help with your motivation or staying on track???

Today is my Birthday and hubby took me to a German Restraunt for dinner. Go**** was sooooooooo good and yes I did eat too much AWWWGG. Oh and he also had a bouquet of flowers sent to me. I have to wonder what he has done though ha-ha.

We have a German restaurant down the street and I keep bugging hubbie to take me but he is resistant and says it won't be as good as the food we had in Germany. Well, duh but it would still be fun! Did you get Valentine flowers too? If you did, then two bouquets in one month would be wonderful.
