What did you eat and how did you move...Monday Edition!
Since this hasn't been started yet I'll put up my 'eats' so that I can get to bed. Just can't shake this headache and might as well try to sleep it off. LOL Day one of 5DPT so here it is:
--nf, sf soy latte
1) frosty protien shake (with ice!)
2) EAS chocolate fudge
3) 1 cup pumpkin/sausage soup, 1 sf. shelf-stable jello
4) EAS cafe caramel
5) veggie soup w/soy powder (yuck!)
6) 1 cup ham and cheese soup
extra calories: Special K2O powder, Emergen-C powder
calories: 1030
carbs: 46
fats: 42
protein: 117
A cup of chamomile tea is waiting for me and then it is off to bed. Moves were 8 looooong hours at work today with extra stair work. Ouchy on the knee...
How did your Tuesday go and what kinds of eats did you have? How about exercise?

Oh man, having your kitchen under construction is murder. Hope it will be completed soon--you don't want to have to deal with restaurant food any more, I'm guessing. Olive Garden isn't any problem for me, I don't eat bread or pasta anymore so the worst I have to worry about with them is finding some kind of protein that isn't breaded or dredged in a sugary sauce. The last two times I went there I survived just fine but felt like I was really ripped off with what i ate. You had a great idea getting the rotisserie chicken! They are so moist and flavourful and you can do so much with them. You are one smart cookie!
5DPT is just shorthand for Five Day Pouch Test. Have you been over to the website to read about it yet? (http://www.5daypouchtest.com/index.html) I'd call it a quick boot-camp for getting your eating back on track again for following post-op orders. With the exception of the headache I am really enjoying it so far and I'm only on day 2 along with Melissa. Diana is a day ahead of us and I am interested in reading how she did today.
We kind of started that way, it just seems easier to start it with someone else to start too. Diana got a big derailed but it was still a successful day for her doing the first day of liquids and Melissa and I are still at it. I'm surprised I'm not crazy-wild excited to be chewing tomorrow. I guess the soups from the website had enough solids in them to satisfy my teeth.
Hope you will be able to get your eating back to where you want it soon!
