What'd ya eat today?

Weekends are horrible for me for eating on time, or even enough. It's been a challenge for months now. Have to figure something out, and plan, I guess. B: Slept through it L: 1/2 Carne Asada burrito in a bowl (minus the tortilla shell) - grilled steak, whole pinto beans, lettuce, cheese, tomato salsa, and a little mexican rice, and sour cream (not a ton, so didn't do the FF, since it's from a friend's restaurant) D: Other half of the Carne Asada burrito S: Yogurt and 8oz milk Was sleepy today, so went with it. Took a nice 4 hour nap. Plan on cleaning the house tomorrow, and working on the backyard and edging the front yard. That'll be enough exercise for this weekend! Them weeds are HUGE!

I hear what your saying Heather the weekends are terrible for me too its because of the break in routine nothing is dragging you out of the bed on saturday morning kicking and clawing at the sheets. well lets get to the truth. Breakfast 1/2 glazed doughnut and large McDonalds coffee decaf 4cream 7splenda Lunch 1/2oz grilled chicken breast, 1/2 oz grilled steak, 1/3 cup black beans, 1tbsp LF sourcream Snack: 3 oz pork steak 1tbsp bbq sauce Snack: Qauker MiniDelights Cinnamon Streusel, Dannon Activa peach yogurt Fat Free Snack: 1 serving Baked Cheetos Dinner 10 french fries, 1.5 chicken wings, 1.5 oz smoked brisket Calories 1410 Fat 65 Carbs 131 Protein 74 This was another crappy day for Rachel i have to make tomorrow better and i will i keep saying that but i have to do better tomorrow

Heather, I'm so jealous you can be out working in the yard. Looking out at all the snow just makes me want to burrow in even deeper inside! Bad eating day yesterday...I barely wrote any of it down and know that what I do remember won't be accurate. Spent all morning cooking to have stuff to take to SIL's for Game Night and then we had 'nibbles' at her house all afternoon/evening. Tried to make healthy choices but once again I am sure I went too heavy on the carbs. Not even gonna try to break it down into 'meals': --whole wheat banana bread, ff cream cheese 'whip', tofu chocolate cake mini muffins, ff cream cheese broccoli dip, triscuits, raw veggies, lots of decaf coffee, lots of herb. tea, some leftover sf Valentines' candy, sf, date-nut bread from MIL, 1/2 devilled egg, cantaloupe, fresh pineapple I did try to enter a bunch of this on Sparkpeople so for an estimate: calories: 1051 carbs: 146 fats: 39 prot.: 42 This is prob. ridiculousy low...it felt like I was eating the whole day. Maybe that was just the liquids. I did really try to keep a lot of liquids on my stomach. For moves, I got back on the treadmill for speed walking for 50 minutes with the incline on setting 3. Not jogging still but it felt good to get moving.
