What did you eat and how did you move...Thursday Edition!
Hello again, sorry I'm so late getting this posted but I'll bet most of us have been too busy today to think much about this anyway. I know I was. Going to post this and get to bed; I'm exhausted, have cramps and a sore throat...I need sleep!
--nf, sf soy latte
1) homemade tvp protein bar, 1 serv. diet cheesecake
2) 1/2 cup 0% fage yogurt, 1/2 cup kashi go lean
3) potluck at work: 1 each chicken thigh and drumstick...no skin and very small pieces!, 1 cup mixed salad, 2 T full-fat dressing, 1/2 egg white (outside of a devilled egg)
4) GNC Cinnamon Bun protein bar
5) another serv diet cheesecake, 1 sf froz fruit bar (for my sore throat)
6) spinach salad, 1/4 cup taco meat, 1 serv. caulitators, another serv. diet cheesecake
calories: 1446
carbs: 86
fats: 56
protein: 136
Calories are beastly high...that is the diet cheesecake. Even tho they are skinny little tiny slices, they are still mostly lf cream cheese and that has a lot of calories. Oh well. it is Valentine's Day and I'm crampy so I'm indulging my pouty little self.
Exercise was 8 hours slaving at work today followed by marathon cooking all the rest of the day on my feet. (The V-Day dinner for my guys plus baking and freezing treats for some meetings later this month.)
If you have the time tonight, post what you ate today and if you got in any exercise or just extra moves. Hope you had a lovely Valentine's day. My DD gave me some sf chocolates and they are so yummy! It will be a fun challenge making them last.

PS...I have a really, really busy day planned for Friday. Anybody who wants can certainly get the eats and moves post going! Melissa will be back before we know it and we don't want to have been slacking off now do we? LOL

I had a higher calorie day also with some emotional eating on the side; starting & ending the day with snacks. I did get in a 30 minute walk today. Ro

Hi Ro! It is 10 p.m. and I am just now getting home from all the stuff I had to do today (left the house at 4:15 a.m.) but wanted to log my food in Sparkpeople and see what was 'up' here. Since everybody else was too tired or busy to post, I am going to use that for me too and just check in on eats tomorrow. Didn't eat really well today, I never seem to on really busy days. Hope your Friday went well.
Am having a cup of herb tea right now and then going straight to sleep. I'll be posting tomorrow with some highlights of my pcp appointment today.

dinner very low fat fajitas 2 oz grilled steak 2 oz grilled chicken breast and 2 oz black beans 1 tbsp of sour cream 1tbsp gaucamole, 15 chips and 3 tbsp cheese sauce

OMG... I couldn't post because I was too busy with (emotional) eating!
I made a lot of good choices, but then didn't stop... eating right into Sat's wee hours!
Calories for Friday: 1077 + Sat AM: 386 = 1463
Fats....................: 43 + 19 = 62
Carbs.................: 119 + 52 = 171
Protein...............: 59 + 10 = 69
...balance of Saturday's calories looks like only 600 - 700....
No Moves... Ro

How do you make your diet cheesecake? I love cheesecake.
I had my first Margarita Friday night since my surgery (I deserved it) and can I say OMG it was wonderful. I got a Mango one and I honestly think I would have ordered another if I had not been driving. It took me a while to drink it BUT I was in "rita" heaven the whole time..
