Wednesday Weigh-In's!
Okey dokey folks...let's line up at the scale and get it over with. It wasn't so horrible for me this week but still not where I want to be:

Whew...getting that number down again however slowly. This regain of mine concurs with two events: getting the treadmill (and then injuring my knee) and starting on the Devrom. Maybe I should also add that I'm pms'ing but I doubt I can blame any of this on water weight. More like pre-menstrual-snacking!!! (Let's see if that one gets past the new text censor?)

The question of the week...are you worried about Valentine's Day foods affecting next week's weigh-in??? I AM!

I am not worried about Valentine candy per se, but I am a little concered about the "edible goodies" I bought to suprise my husband Hope they don't have to much sugar or dumping might kill the mood!

No, I am not worried about St. Valetine`s food b/c I have no special plans for , it`s a regular day for me unless DH surprises me with something which I doubt.

Isn't that funny, that is what I was thinking about too! Im a 'lifer' and have attended meetings in so many different places but it is always the same...rushing to get there on time and lining up for the scales.
We are having a potluck at work tomorrow and I'm bringing King Ranch Chicken...a WW recipe but don't plan on eating any of it since it has Velveeta in it and Rotel. Too spicy and too greasy for my pouch. I'll bring some cottage cheese and have some of the salads I know will be there.
Hope your husband surprises you with something nice!

WHat the HECK..I am up 3 pds.
I have nothing Valentine Candy wise in my house. I bought my kids each some candy that they like that I could care less about and each a gift card as I did not want stuff here that might tempt me.
Maybe you and I just packed on some extra muscle weight. I think maybe a teensy bit of mine might be that because the treadmill had been really kicking my fanny until my knee went bad. (Still didn't get on it today as the knee is still sore.)
Good for you not having the candy in the house and doing gift cards! I got regular sugared candy for my guys but have had sugar-free stuff for me and finally got fed up with myself and put it away today. It is in a very inconvenient place now so I'll be very much less tempted to get into it. I wasn't really overdoing it...I'd only have one piece at a time throughout the day but by the end of the day I'd eaten five or six and those calories add up and up and up and never show up on my daily totals. BAD!
I'm so sorry the IUI didn't take last month. I don't want to be preachy or anything but I personally believe in the power of prayers and would be very happy to put you on the 'special list' the next time you try it...couldn't hurt, right?! If you wanted to, I bet a lot of us here would do it too. Just a thought for you... I'd be so happy to see *you* happy and successful with these very special efforts.
The PMS is finally over for me...what a Valentines' Day treat to get my period. Ugh... Well, at least it means an end to the awful cravings.
