What did you eat and how did you move...Tuesday Edition!
Howdy well today was not to good of a day for me i had to get calorie wise but tomorrow will be much better.
Breakfast: Med coffee 4 creams 7splenda(splenda has carbs if you didnt know already) activa nonfat yogurt peach
Lunch Boston Market 2 drumsticks (small) 3 oz garlic dill potatoes, 2.4 oz fresh steamed vegs and the goof for lunch was when i got bored later and i ate the stupid corn muffin loaf they give you i normally pitch it because i never remember to tell them to leave it out.
Snack: 2 fried shrimp, 1boneless fried bbq wing 1/3 cup of reduced sugar cobbler
Gross Early Dinner 8 oz 2% cottage cheese 1/4cup of fruit ****tail juice (cottage cheese test)
Dinner 1/2 cup collard greens and 1 chicken wing
possible night snack 1/2 cup SF raspberry jello 1-3 cup FF whip topping
Calories: 1300
Protein: 81.1
Fat: 46.36
Carbs: 119.11
Look at those numbers spin and i have been having a terrible time getting fluids in aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
