What did you eat and how did you move...Tuesday Edition!
How is your week going so far, December Team? Hope it is good so far! What did you have to eat today and how did you exercise? For me, I'm trying liquids with two very notable exceptions (more later) and not much moves other than 5 hrs. at work. Still trying to baby the knee.
1) Nectar Latte capuccino and sf hot cocoa
--Fuze Blueberry Raspberry
--Special K2O pink lemonade
2) EAS strawberry creme
3) a 140 cal. 'twinkie' knockoff
4) a 100 cal. 'little debbie oatmeal cookie' knockoff
5) plan to have an icy protein shake for dinner
calories will come in around 800, carbs very low and protein around 90. (Don't have the treat knockoffs entered into Sparkpeople yet so I have to guess on them.)
This is not really a start of the 5DPT but after yesterday, I just felt like I wanted to try a day of liquids. Now to explain the 'treats'... Got them at the military commissary today and because the numbers were so extraordinary on them I did buy three boxes (two cookies, one twinkie) with plans to freeze them in order to dole them out carefully. Didn't expect them to taste very good but they are really yummy and I'm so excited to have some treats to look forward to now! I will pm anybody who wants the product info on them but this really does run into the realm of Food P*rn so I don't want to derail anyone unnecessarily.
I really hope this day of liquids will shake up my system a little and get me back on track better. I have got to get my weight down even if it is just a teensy bit...hanging around my panic number is to scary!!!!

Hi, Molly... Thanks for the Pouch Rule info! I need to walk and add other moves! "Rules" will help get me get motivated... Time for my review!

S: 1 oz string cheese, 1 oz salad w/ Wishbone spray, 1/2 artichoke

i was keeping track of the numbers but the chop steak (aka hamburger patty) threw me off- i got it in the cafeteria cuz i wanted something HOT for a change. i think that i did ok though......Instead of going to jazzercise last night i stole away to buy Valentine's cards for my neices and my HUBBY......but i think that is ok too.....i feel really good....I have not stepped on the scale in a while but there for a bit i was OBSESSED with the number......you know i am still in the high 100's but am trying to keep in mind that it is WAY better than where i was last year---and i am going to continue.....
