My First "Real" Day Back At Work!

Holy cow! I have a hard job. I didn't realize that! I am so exhausted. I had three surgeries today. We were done with them a little after noon. I was up at 4:30 and work started at 6:30. Uft duh! By the third case my doc looked at me, (he is my surgeon too!) asked if I was okay and what do I reply...yep I am fine doc. Then the tears welled up. I was in pain and tired, but God forbid I let anybody know that. So, here I am giving you guys the update. I am going back again tomorrow, only I am going to do one surgery and just help out the rest of the time, that way I can take breaks when needed. As for now...I am off for a nap!!!!

Aw, sorry work kicked your butt today. Hope you didn't overdo it and will feel much better after your nap. So glad you have a lighter case load tomorrow. Hang in there! Hugs! Molly
