moving accross the country twice in 1.5 months makes you skinny
so, life has been so hectic living out of suitcases that i haven't weighed myself in a couple of weeks nor was i watching what i ate --just tried to rely on a natural feeling of being full. now, back home in PA, i stepped on my home scale terrified that i gained 10lbs or so eating crap sometimes and not counting calories too much and not exercising but guess what--another 5lbs gone, making me 117lbs, BMI 20.1--i'm officially only 2lbs from goal
unofficially, if i stay at 117 and never lose another pound, i won't complain
basically, i still would like to use this week (starting tomorrow) to kind of "detox" and get back to basics, including logging in my food intake and getting back into an exercise routine. hopefully, it will take the last 2lbs off so i'm at 115. thereafter, it's maintanance land.
i'm kind of weirded out. for the first time since i was about 11 or 12, i am/will be happy with my weight (as in, i'm at my ideal weight, don't need to lose a sigle other pound). i feel almost lost...like i don't remember not trying to lose weight
does it make any sence?
Wow, congratulations Natalie! I don't think I want to join you in the moving diet...been there done for too many years as a military wife.
Totally get you on the weirdness of being at goal weight. I'm actually up this week (again) and slightly more comfortable having a struggle than when it is stable. So weird! You have done so great with your weight and how wonderful to be happy with it now. Whatever the number...that is a terriffic result!
