Happy Friday! Happy Weekend! Can you tell I remembered my Prozac today! LOL!
Great day here...I was off work. Slept in till 5 a.m. (an extra two hours baby!), exercised early in the day, played on the computer, shopped and got some cleaning done. Life is good! Eats have been pretty good too with the exception of the start of the day. I plead guilty as charged and throw myself on the mercy of the food police.

1) 2 oz. healthy, organic 'cheese puffs' (again, the dog got the rest of the bag)
2) 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese, 1 homemade tvp prot. bar
3) 2 servings all-veggie soup
4) sf fudgesicle, 1 cup peeled, sliced apples, 20 grapes
5) 1/2 cup caulitators, 2 serv. egg beaters
calories: 959
carbs: 125
fats: 25
protein: 68
After doing 50 minutes on the treadmill today I honestly don't feel bad about those high carbs. Actually the worst carb offender for me today was the grapes. You'd think it'd be the cheese puffs but they were an organic/healthy product.
So glad it is the weekend. Do you have anything fun planned? What kinds of exercise will you be getting and are you planning any special healthy eating???

Happy Weekend! You are really putting the new treadmill to good use. No real moves here -- just excuses!!! BTW, my numbers keep going up so my plan is to double-check them mid-day. Ro
