Weds Weigh-In
Congratulations...only 5 pounds to go! Woohoo!!! Thank you for posting the weigh-in. I meant to but was so incredibly busy that I never even had time to log my food yesterday. The weight was bad as i figured but still not as bad as it had been a few days ago.

I'm not happy about a 2# gain but it is better than the 5# gain I had over the weekend. It almost seems like the harder I work out on the treadmill the more the scale fights me and the more my upper stomach sticks out. It hurts a little after a hard workout but prob. not enough to be a real hernia. I'll check into it with my regular doctor just to be safe but it is probably just pms and nasty monthly water gain. When i was fat I never used to notice this stuff!
I hope to have a wow moment like yours but I don't think I"ll ever fit both my legs into my size 24 jeans.
Wow moment? Today I realized that I had been doing my own visualization-type board like they talked about on Oprah yesterday. It seemed logical to me to have something visual to keep myself focused on my good goals so I've been doing this little sort of scrapbooking project to make myself little signs to have in the kitchen with good sayings on them. Guess that qualifies and I've never even read 'The Secret'. Maybe I should get the book.

This is now my lowest I have been and I am thrilled. I actually hit it 1 day in Oct and have been up and down since. I joined a gym and have really been paying more attention to carbs so HOPEFULLY I will drop MORE as I so want to be able to say 5 pds to goal!!!!
