What did you eat and how did you move...Tuesday Edition!
Hi! Happy snowy Tuesday...how was it for you? Luckily I got home from work and multiple grocery-store shopping just as the snow was getting awful. According to the news I may not be going in to work on time tomorrow morning. I didn't pay attention to what the Groundhog said but it looks like we have a lot more winter ahead of us here in Spokane.
Moves were 6 hours at work today, although not all of it counts because of a meeting. Does any of the shopping count? Hope you did better! Here's food:

2) 1/2 cup 0% fage yogurt, 1/2 cup organic low-sugar granola
3) 90 cal GNC protein bar
4) 1 choc. tvp prot. bar (homemade)
5) 1/2 cup nsa ice cream, 1 sf fudgesicle, 1/3 cup craisins ....snacking
6) 2 serv. vegetable soup
7) 2 serv. egg beaters, 1 sm ww tortilla
8) 1/2 cup caulitators, 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese, 1/2 cup baked apples

Not such great numbers...the chocolate demon is still hounding me. Hope that tomorrow's numbers won't be as bad as they were over the weekend.
