Bronchitis relapse, so read yesterday, just didn't feel like posting hw: 281 sw: 261 cw: 152 PA told me I could stay between 145 to the 159 range, as it's easy for my body to maintain at that. So, haven't been actively working at losing. But came down sick, and dropped 6 lbs this week. Fun times
