Wednesday Weigh In

well this week was better than last week thank heavens but of course I still struggle (ought to be use to that though) he- he

cw: 193 (yea!!!!!!!!! 3 more off)
just 3 away from my drs. Goal honestly that is really unbelievable
so how did you guys do this week?

I am still not at the lowest yet (1 pd) BUT atleast I am heading down instead of the way I was going! I have been going to the gym and I have to say I am liking it so far. Yesterday I actually stayed on the treadmill for 33 mins (1.75 miles) and for me this is huge We went last night and went around with the trainer and she showed up the weight things and we are going tonight to do that.

NEXT week I am HOPING to be out of the 40's as I have been in them for MONTHS!!
I honestly feel once I get past this HUMP I will start losing again. I FINALLY feel like I am on the right track.

Congratulations on being so close to your doctor's goal...you will get there before you know it!
I hate to say this...but it is going to be a struggle for me forever. Sometimes that bothers me. Mostly it's an 'oh well' for me. I am bummed at the pattern going on with me lately...I always get down to 130 over the weekend and then get all excited and change my ticker. Then when weigh-day comes around I am back up again. Grrr... So I lose but I don't?

I thought for sure that working out on the new treadmill would end this gain/lose cycle but... nope. Just have to work harder!

Honestly. I have no clue as to where I am. The last I weighed in was pre op, Jan. 11, and I was at 150. I started out at 283 so I think that is great however I would like to see 138 even though my Dr. says no...I'll show him! Anyway, I don't keep a scale in my house because I tend to obsess over it so I have to wait until I go back to work to see what my current weight is. Congrats to you all and keep up the good work!
