What did ya eat and how did ya move today? -Friday
Hey all! TGIF edition here! Hope you had a good week and looking forward to another weekend. Back to work for me tomorrow and then off to Kansas City to fly out Tuesday Morning for Jacksonville, FL for my cruise. I am spending 2 days with 3 other girls from the RNY board before the cruise in a hotel there and doing sight seeing etc.. then we port off Jan 31 and come back Feb 4th (going to the Bahamas!) and then back for one more night in the hotel. A girlfriend from the RNY board will be coming back to KC with me for a couple days and then we both come back to iowa and she stays another week.. wow how much fun can a girl have? I have met none of these girls in person, I am sure it will be fine. I met my husband online and he is great, so I have faith haha..
As for exercise been cleaning the poop out of my house for my friends visit.. no running today (been bad about it last week other than yesterday.. shame on me!)
Day 4 of pouch test for me.. ground/firm meats today
Breakfast: 2.5 ounces of ground turkey sausage made into a patty and 2 servings of egg beaters
Lunch: 4 oz ground turkey patty - I made it into a greek burger using greek seasoning a bit of egg and minced red onion and feta cheese.. yum! with a side salad of romaine, a bit more feta, olives and red oninon, FF italian and some whole grain croutons.
Snack: (not sure this is legal but I had it, they say as long as we don't advance faster on meats its ok to eat foods from previous days so I assume its ok?) 1 light yogurt with 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/3 cup of South Beach Whole Grain Cereal.
I really want a shake.. loving the arctic frappe capaccino from gourmet whey.. think I will throw in the towel on the Cafe Caramel EAS shakes (yes you heard me right) and order this from Susan Maria next week (out of stock right now) and it will save me much money in the long run just not as convenient since its a powder.
Not sure what else.
Cals with the shake: 863, fat 31, carbs 54, fiber 5, protein 91.
I will need to add at least 150 more cals if not 200.. so maybe a SF pudding with some protein powder mixed in.. i really dont' want any more "ground" anything.. im so bad, I know.

No moves yesterday other than 4 hrs. at work....very busy day! Ended up having 'dinner' at a rose society member's home for a meeting and was so pleased that she didn't serve really difficult food. I passed on the bread (I just deleted the description of it, don't want to tempt anybody) , potatoes and blackberry pie. Came home and had paperwork to do for the committee which stressed me a little and I ended up eating that ice cream. Bad move.
