What did ya eat and how did ya move today? Saturday
Hi Gang!! It's the weekend! Hope you are staying warm! Brrrr its cold!
I didn't run today but as you know I will be up all night and I was up till 3am cleaning house and woke up and kept cleaning.. so lots of movement.
Here are my damages and plan for tonight:
B: Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pancakes (Molly, I used the Oat Flour, not too bad!) with Molly's SF Blueberry sauce (OH YUM!) and FF Rhedi Whip and 1 Morning Star Soy Sasuage.
L: 1 Blue Bunny NAS Blueberry Yogurt and 1 light Mozz stick
S: EAS Shake on the way to work.
D #1: 4 oz of Tomato Basil Chicken with 1 cup Brussel Sprouts
D #2: 1.5 cups homeade chili
Cals: 991, Fat 21, Carbs 83, fiber 21, protein 122
Going to lose these 3 lbs if it kills me.. scale still says 135.
Sounds like a very tasty day! Glad you liked the blueberry sauce...we gotta work on these manufacturers to increase their distribution base. (This is a Polaner brand product...can anybody else here find it?) Still fighting off the migraine from whatever I ate Thursday that triggered it and I am out of my bp meds...grrrrr! Wanting to eat everything and having a hard time keeping my hands busy enough to stay away from food.

1&2) D E L U X E breakfast (so much I had to eat it in two meals) cottage cheese pancakes a la waffle, 1/4 cup sf syrup, 1 squirt whipped topping, 1 serv. egg beaters, 2 oz diced ham, 1/2 cup red pepper chopped. And, I drank a cup of coffee with creamer with it...breakfast like this is my biggest rule-breaker for drinking with food.
3)1 cup Shredded Spoonfuls cereal
4) 1 1/2 mini turkey meatloaves, 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower
5) 2 pretzel rods
6) planned for dinner: 1 chicken thigh, 1 cup steamed cabbage
calories: 886
carbs: 84
fats: 23
protein: 81
Knowing me there will probably be at least another 2 or300 calories added in there too, I am having a hard time being 'good' at night.
...hafta ask what is the Tomato Basil Chicken? That combo sounds divine! If you made it yourself will you give the recipe/preparation? I still haven't tried Jan's chicken-breaded-with-Kay's yet and should really get going on it. Now that chicken and I are friends again after so many years of problems it is nice to have new ways to cook it!
BTW...I did great tonight and only added in one cup of diet cocoa. Yay!!!
How are you doing with your water, Mel? Maybe while you are trying to nudge the scale off that 135 you should increase your water.
Checking in from work.. what a night it has been with this one man's blood sugars dropping (we make quite the pair! he is lucky I know a thing or two about that! haha) Anyways.. I get the chicken from walmart in the frozen section.. it has great stats actually. I think 110-130 cals for a breast and they are 4oz, yes I can eat a whole one and then some Anyways.. I have been working on water.. i have a 1/2 pitcher of CL down already tonight!
