Very Late! What did ya eat today and how did ya move? -Wednesday

S: Light Lemon Chiffon Yogurt - 6oz
L: 1 cup lettuce, 1 oz egg, 2 oz cheese, 2 tbs FF ranch, sesame seeds and lil bit of bacon bits, 2 slices of cucumber.
D: 1 chicken sausage (3 oz), 1 whole grain 50 calorie tortilla (high fiber) with mustard and a small side salad of romaine, tomato, black olive, red onion, red fat feta and FF italian dressing.
S: 1.75 ounce bag of Kay's Naturals Kruncheeze White Cheddar
S: EAS Shake.
Cals: 1269, Fats 62 (way too high today!), Carbs 85, Fiber 25, Protein 110.

b-1 egg with 3 chichen sausages

l-chicken breast with 1 spoon of rice, sf jello
s-sf nf latte
s-cheese sticks with peanuts
s-more chicken sausages with an apricot wich my pouch hated----
d-atkins protein bar and 2 caramel rice cakes
No idea of calories or anything else since I do not track it anymore but I am thinking of doing again so I can know how much I am eating.
Wednesday was another Carb Day From Hell....

1) 1/2 cup kashi go lean, 1 danon light n fit yogurt
2) whole wheat pumpkin oat muffin
3) 2 splenda gingerbread cookies
4) 2 pk's pumpkin protein muffins
5) 2 rice cakes
6) 1 pkg. edamame
7) 1/2 cup nsa ice cream, 1whole wheat choc. chip cookie (sparkpeople recipe)
8) 1 homemade protein bar

carbs: 153
fats: 35
protein: 71
That was the end of the Splenda gingerbread cookies. No more till Dec. of this year! Oh, moves were 6 hours at work.
