5 Day Pouch Test Question-
I have been inspired me to do the 5 day pouch test-(thanks Kelly) but i have a question for those of you who did it, have done it, or are doing it......can we have yogurt on days 1 & 2 (like carb control yogurt) I would think that it would be much the same as the sf pudding..but who knows...I had 3 shrimp yesterday that were 675 calories so what do i know!
I looked up a "copy cat" recipe on line and I think that it was too early in the morning when i calculated....looking at it again--THANKS TO YOU.....i only had 3/20 a serving--so it was

26 Fat
15.35 Carbs
9 Protein

I would think so because I did the sugar free pudding but I would look at a low carb yogurt. What I think the diet is also trying to help with is getting the carbs out of your system. I was have trouble with the bad carbs and it cause me to stall for over 3 months. I just completed the 5 day diet and I lost 9 pound breaking the ugly cycle I was on. It was very easy to follow and do. First day days were the hardest but the sugar free pudding and jello helped a lot. let me know how it goes for you sorry I am just now responding but during the week I do not get much of a chance to get on here. take care Kelly
