Hi, Dawn! I ate grilled shrimp last night at UNO's then checked the amount on Fitday, as SparkPeople's listing seemed "off". If I eat a "sauced" food, but leave most of the sauce on the plate, I readjust the amount. Maybe your count is actually lower. Ro Here's the numbers that I used: Shrimp (5 medium) Calories 36.0 Total Fat 0.6 g Saturated Fat 0.1 g Polyunsaturated Fat 0.2 g Monounsaturated Fat 0.1 g Cholesterol 51.6 mg Sodium 153.0 mg Potassium 44.0 mg Total Carbohydrate 0.3 g Dietary Fiber 0.0 g Sugars 0.0 g Protein 6.9 g
