Hi, Dawn! I ate grilled shrimp last night at UNO's then checked the amount on Fitday, as SparkPeople's listing seemed "off". If I eat a "sauced" food, but leave most of the sauce on the plate, I readjust the amount. Maybe your count is actually lower. Ro
