May I Whine?
Thanks Molly... No I honestly have not spoke with my dietician. They would make me make an appointment and come to see her often and they are 3 hours away. Honestly, I know she wouldn't have much in the way of advice for me as I know what I eat isn't bad or in huge quantities.. I am thinking I am going to seek the advice of an endocronolgist if doesn't reverse itself or at least straight up some in the next couple of months. Getting my carbs lower allows more weight loss for me. I don't wanna lose much more if any more.. so it will be a game for me to try and figure out and I really don't wanna give up the exercise. My protein is sky high already as well as fats.. don't wanna get those any higher.. so its a weird situation for me. Thanks for listening, understanding. I think the circuit training being added in is really affecting me though.. gonna cut back on that. Keep up with the running and some floor/resistance exercises and dumbells like I was doing before and bring the carbs back under a 100 for a while and see what happens.
