Update

Well I was suppose to be out of the hospital Saturday and I just got home today, Monday....I lost some blood and blacked out 3 times Friday. I had to have 2 units of blood given to me Sunday and my hemoglobin just started to come back up this afternoon. The dr. let me come home since depression was setting in and I will have to go back to the hospital tomorrow for more lab work. Other than that, things are going great. Just wanted to update you all!

Thank you so much. The blood loss was no fun and I am still working on getting my levels up to where they should be. As far as my tummy goes...well it will be better when the swelling goes down. Right now it is very puffy and bruised. My Dr. says that once everything goes down we will be able to bounce quarters off of it! Sounds fun! Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts! I really appreciate it!

Hi Maghan and welcome home! I hope your depression is better and you are feeling better overall now that you are home. Are you sore? Hopefully u are relaxing and taking those pain meds and getting in some nutrition. Hang in there!

Thank you very much. My depression is better and it is so good to be home. I am sore. Not as bad as the Open RNY. Thank God. My biggest complaint is the four drains I have in me. I can't wait to have them out. Thanks!
